| As one of the most important basal establishment to the vast rural areas'economical and social development, water supply project of rural area is also one of the most important material conditions to improve the vliagers'life, reduce the gap between urban and rural areas, builde new socialist countryside. In recent years, although a lot of work had been made on water supply in rural areas with significant achievement in our country, but because of large population coupling with natural conditions'limitation, many rural areas still face the problem of safe water, especially in the plain area with higher population density and poor water environment. Therefore, for such areas of rural water supply's theoretical research have great practical significance.Mengcheng city of Anhui province, is located in the central of Huaibei Plain, which has a great population and bad water environment, as one of the areas where the water problem in bad of Anhui province, it is a representative sample on water supply project in rural area of plain area. This thesis took Mengcheng rural water supply project as an example, then took a reasonable model of rural water supply as study goals, combined with project management needs, focused on the study area to determine the size of the water supply, reasonable allocation of good water resources, water supply pipe network optimization design problems, ect. Studies have shown that the ststus quo based on the level of the rural economy, the corresponding water quality and quantity, single water supply units covered by the scope of the existence of a relative economic supply radius. Through establish the function relationship between water supply radius, water supply quantity, water price and engineering factors such as net present value to determine the size of the water supply more in line with the actual. Memory in a muti-regional water supply units, slice taken at this stage to concentrate more economical and reasonable. In regional water supply planning, reasonable allocation of good water resources is the foundation, economies of scale, layout of pipe network optimization and others are essential constraints. Based on the findings of these problems'study, to a certain extent it is reasonable and effective solution to the problem of rural water supply in this region, at the same time it can be provide technical guidance and theoretical basis for the rural water supply project planning and construction by the similar area. |
