Energy and electric power industry plays a very important role in China's national economy. It is not only an important basic industry of national economy, but also a key and antecedent industry in the development strategy of national economy. The development of the energy and power industry towarding high penetration of renewable energy has become the only way for China's energy revolution and industrial transformation and upgrading.Power generation,as the most important form of renewable energy development and utilization, has the advantages of cleanliness and renewableness. At the same time, power generation also faces outstanding problems such as stability and low utilization due to uncertainties in resources such as wind energy and photovoltaic.Among them, wind power generation as one of the most promising development methods of renewable energy has received extensive attention.Unlike traditional thermal power, wind power generation has the characteristics of intermittent and volatility, which will inevitably bring challenges to the stability and high-quality operation of the power system, and also increase the complexity of economic dispatch of the power grid.At the same time, the utilization rate of wind power generation is not high, and the problem of "wind abandonment" is serious, causing huge waste of resources and hindering the development of the wind power industry. Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical application value to study the dynamic economic dispatch problem of renewable energy power generation taking wind power industry as an example.Uncertainty of renewable energy makes it necessary to consider the output and utilization distribution in various time periods in the future, and scientific dynamic economic dispatch can reasonably plan the power production arrangement within the production cycle, which not only can help reduce carbon emissions, improve the utilization rate of renewable energy and economic efficiency, but also has a positive role in promoting the sustainable development of the renewable energy industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of the research on dynamic economic scheduling of renewable energy power generation at home and abroad and summarizes the existing problems. It comprehensively analyzes the advantages of wind power generation, the development status of wind power industry at home and abroad, the promotion of wind power industry development by China's policies and laws, the problems faced by wind power industry development and relevant solutions,so as to understand the existing problems of wind power industry.Based on the relevant theory of dynamic economic dispatch, considering that the dynamic economic dispatch of wind power generation should include three aspects of economy, environment and renewable energy utilization,a multi-objective dynamic economic dispatch model was established.Taking the wind power industry inUlanqab,China as an example, twelve dispatching scenarios are designed. The dispatching results show the practicability and effectiveness of the model, and further put forward relevant practical suggestions for operators and governments to apply the dispatching strategy. The research results show that this dynamic economic dispatch strategy for the wind power generation industry can effectively improve the wind power utilization, reduce the proportion of thermal power, and thereby reduce carbon emissions and improve economic efficiency. It can also respond to the peak-valley effect of grid load and help balance supply and demand. The research results of this paper provide a certain reference for the decision-making and policies of the renewable energy power generation industry of relevant research institutions, energy operators and relevant government departments.
