| Asphalt pavement thermal regeneration technology can realize the recycling of highway pavement waste materials,solve the pollution problem of a large number of wastes to the environment,bring economic benefits,improve road conditions,and meet the requirements of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.The field of outer roads has been used more and more widely.At the same time,the state proposed the industry 2025 strategy,calling for the integration of traditional industries with the Internet.Based on the development status and research status of thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement,this paper studies the optimization control of key processes of thermal regeneration and attempts to apply the results intelligently.Firstly,the pre-evaluation of the condition of hot reclaimed pavement was studied.Based on the most sampling method of geothermal regeneration,it was found that there was a problem of variability in the stacking of the old plant mixed heat regenerative materials,and the pavement disease evaluation system and pavement performance evaluation were evaluated.The system and the analysis of the actual road conditions in Jiangsu Province propose a method for evaluating and dividing the original pavement conditions by three levels: distress type,performance and age.Secondly,from the perspective of the influence of RAP variability on the performance of recycled asphalt mixture,it is found that the variability of the recycled asphalt mixture is gradually increased with the variability of the old material.Therefore,it is proposed to reduce the impact of RAP variability by controlling the amount of old materials.The specific method is to establish a complete set of old material variability test flow by selecting the oil and stone ratio and grading variability evaluation index,and apply the control method to the test results to prove the feasibility of the fine calculation method of the old material content.Thirdly,the temperature control during the actual construction of thermal regeneration was studied.By analyzing the construction characteristics and heat exchange formula,the factors affecting the in-situ heat regeneration temperature are mainly ambient temperature,solar radiation and wind speed.Then the finite element numerical simulation method and the actual engineering inspection of the heating temperature field are processed to obtain three.The influence law of environmental factors;and applied to the temperature control of geothermal regeneration.The heat regeneration temperature of the plant is greatly affected by the equipment.From the perspective of the performance of the recycled material,the characteristics of the mixed heat regeneration equipment of different plants are analyzed.The heat balance formula calculated by the amount of the old material is explored,and the control method of the heating temperature of the old mixed heat of the plant is proposed.Finally,the intelligent application of the thermal regeneration process control method was carried out.Using WeChat applet as the platform,the whole development process is designed by v model,WXML,WXSS and JS are selected as the development language,and the UI design drawing is drawn according to the control requirements,followed by project configuration and view layer language development.Logical layer language development is mainly divided into feedback code writing from logic layer to view layer,view layer to logic layer instruction code writing,variable logic analysis in independent pages,and data transfer between different pages.Furthermore,through the interaction between the view layer and the logic layer,the application of the key process control method for the thermal regeneration of the entire asphalt pavement is realized. |
