Research On Interior Design Of Nursing Home Under The Mode Of Medical Care

As the country with the largest elderly population in the world,the problem of providing for the aged is an arduous task that our country has been facing.At the end of last century,China entered an aging society.With the development of society,it has become one of the key issues concerned by the whole society in recent years.Therefore,the government puts forward the goal of "providing for the elderly with a sense of security,a sense of security and a sense of care for the elderly",which is also everyone’s wish to provide for the aged.The increase of the elderly population and the decrease of the youth population in our country lead to the shortage of labor force,the weakening of the motive force of economic development and the increase of social instability,which ultimately leads to the decrease of people’s living standard.In addition,under the influence of family planning policy,the decline of fertility rate has further promoted the aging speed of China’s population.Now,the "421" family structure model has become the mainstream of society,and the pressure of family pension has doubled.Now the implementation of the second child policy,"4 22" families will be more and more,the pressure of family pension is increasing day by day.In addition,aging not only brings the pressure of family pension,but also brings great pressure to the society,especially the distribution of medical resources.The physical function of the elderly is weak and generally suffers from different diseases of the elderly.The treatment of various diseases of the elderly requires a large number of medical resources,which virtually affects the distribution of social medical resources and leads to unreasonable allocation of medical resources.It is easy to cause all kinds of social problems and affect the stability of social order.On the basis of the existing medical resources,the state puts forward the "combination of medical and nursing" mode of providing for the aged,combining with the old-age resources,reasonably and scientifically distributing resources,forming the form of "medical care for the aged",and truly realizing "the elderly have a sense of security and the elderly have a sense of medicine".Based on the premise of medical care model and the nursing home in the form of "paying equal attention to medical and nursing",this paper studies the interior design of nursing home according to the needs of the user population and the spatial function of the nursing home.This paper discusses how to combine medical treatment with providing for the aged closely in interior design,and explores the indoor space function allocation,space layout and indoor environment of nursing home.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation of social pension,and also analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research object,purpose,significance and research framework.Then it systematically expounds the present situation of the old-age mode and the medical mode of providing for the aged in China,and clarifies the applicability and necessity of the form of providing for the aged under the medical mode to solve the predicament of providing for the aged in our country.Secondly,the needs of the objects used in the nursing home space of the medical and nursing model are analyzed and discussed.According to the self-care ability of the elderly,they can be divided into self-care,mediating and nursing elderly groups,and the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics and needs of the elderly are systematically analyzed.At the same time,the needs of medical and nursing staff and visitors are analyzed,and the special needs of the users for the indoor space environment of nursing homes are summarized,as well as the specific reflection of this particularity in the interior design.Then through the analysis of the indoor space and indoor environment design of the nursing home,mainly for the analysis of medical rehabilitation space,living space,public space and auxiliary service space,the function and layout of the four kinds of content functional space are analyzed.Furnishings,lighting,color,material,barrier-free,etc.Finally,the characteristics and design principles of indoor space in nursing home are summarized,which shows the practical value and theoretical significance of this study.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the interior design of nursing homes under the mode of medical care,to supplement the shortage of "medical" space in nursing homes,to achieve organic and overall integration of the space for medical care for the aged,and to form efficient,safe and healthy.Comfortable environment for the aged,to achieve the goal of "a sense of care for the elderly".It is hoped that the research results can provide some theoretical value and practical reference value for the interior design of nursing homes in the future.
