With the intensification of the energy crisis,Green and sustainable buildings have a bright future.Building energy conservation has become an important research direction in architecture field.China is a large country which lacking energy, and the energy used for building accounts for a large proportion in the total energy consumption. In the past two decades, with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the energy consumption of heating and cooling has increased significantly, and the per capita energy consumption has been increasing.High energy consumption of buildings is not only detrimental to environmental protection but also restricts economic development. Therefore, how to effectively use the building's own energy-saving measures to reduce building energy consumption has become an urgent research topic. This project took high-rise residential buildings in Xi'an as the research object, and used building energy consumption simulation technology to predict the actual building energy consumpstion.s Based on the analysis of simulation data, this paper summarizes the existing problems of residential building energy saving technology commonly used at present, and puts forward the optimization measures for energy saving in xi 'an based on the theoretical analysis.Firstly, the importance of reducing energy consumption of residential buildings is expounded from the aspects of energy crisis and urgency of energy saving and emission reduction.Through reviewing the existing high-rise residential buildings in xi 'an region, select 12 buildings built in different years and the typical high-rise residential building research, summed up the xi 'an region senior living outside walls, roof and floor insulation type, window type and energy-saving condition,on the basis of on the basis of a typical building as an energy consumption model respresenting high-rise residential building in Xi' an area.By comparing the principles and functions of different building energy consumption simulation software,Energyplus was selected to predict the building energy consumption.By simulating the initial energy efficiency of a typical model, the influence of different envelope structures on the overall energy consumption was obtained, and the energy-saving optimization principle of envelope structure suitable for xi 'an area was summarized.Through the theoretical analysis of energy saving of external walls, roofs and Windows, and combined with the simulation data of energy consumption of typical models, the energy saving measures of exterior wall heat preservation, vertical greening, roof heat preservation, roof greening,low-e glass and building exterior shading were studied. The energy saving optimization strategy for external wall, roof and window in xi 'an area is created. Finally, according to the optimization strategy obtained from the research, five types of optimization of external wall structure, four types of optimization of roof structure, four types of optimization of external window, four types of shading and ten types of optimization of building energy saving are proposed.According to the energy saving rate of the optimization scheme, the proposed optimization scheme can effectively improve the energy saving effect of high-rise residential buildings in xi 'an.Through the study on the energy conservation of high-rise residential building envelope in xi 'an area, the energy conservation strategies suitable for residential buildings in xi 'an area are summarized. The energy saving design theory of building envelope is improved, and beneficial exploration is made for building energy saving in xi 'an area. This paper provides some Suggestions for popularizing computer energy consumption simulation technology and practical energy consumption simulation to guide the design of building schemes.
