The tank gun stabilizer is a control system that automatically maintains the axis of the gun at the given angular position and is capable of aiming in marching mode.The fiber optic gyroscope group is one of the most core measuring components of the stabilizer.Reducing the impact that complex vibrating environment of a tank war has on the measurement accuracy of the gyroscope group is of great significance for improving the tank’s hit probability in marching mode.In this paper,the vibration-isolating function of the gyroscope group in tank stabilizer is taken as the research background.The design method of the vibration isolator based on MRE(magnetorheological elastomer)is introduced from three aspects: theoretical design,material preparation and field test.The specific work is as follows:(1)According to the principle of vibration mechanics,the vibration reduction task and the design parameter index of the vibration isolator is determined.The excitation of the gyro group is simulated based on the multi-body system transfer matrix method,and the power spectrum of the random vibration test is identified.(2)According to the installation method and spatial requirements of the gyroscope group,the structure of the vibration isolator is designed and the magnetic circuit simulation is carried out.(3)Samples of natural rubber-based and butadiene-based magnetorheological elastomers were prepared.The effects of the strength of the vulcanization magnetic field on the magnetic properties of the elastomer samples were analyzed by electron microscopy and vibrating magnetometer(VSM).The mechanical properties of the elastomer samples were measured by a rotational remoter.(4)A natural rubber-based and butadiene-based vibration isolator of magnetorheological elastomer were assembled to build a vibration test platform.The sweep test shows that isolators of both substrates have variable stiffness and frequency shifting effects,and that the resonance peak transfer rate decreases,respectively.Random experiments based on simulated excitation show that the natural rubber-based vibration isolator of magnetorheological elastomer is greater than the butadiene-based magnetorheological elastomers in the damping effect.
