The vibration detection and adjustment of helicopter tail rotor is a regular work,it is a preventive work.However,in the actual work,after the data detection,the number of adjustments,the need to drive more than once,and waste the life of the helicopter,so the tail rotor simulation modeling,combined with the actual tail rotor data in the computer to analyze the vibration situation,put forward a one-step adjustment program,will greatly shorten the time of vibration adjustment,extend the service life of the helicopter.The two commonly used adjustment methods are based on the experience of the 2020 balance analyzer experience,in the actual application,there are many shortcomings,can Not be quickly adjusted,resulting in repeated disassembly and disassembly operations and ground driving,because the life of the tail rotor is calculated in the unit hours,many times on the ground to drive,seriously affecting the helicopter air service life.It is found that the structure of the ducted tail rotor accords with the rotor dynamics.As long as the imbalance force is found,the quality of imbalance can be found.The unbalance force quality is found.as long as the direction of the unbalance force is determined,the unbalance mass is increased in the opposite direction of the unbalance force,so the dynamic balance can be realized.First,we need to establish a three-dimensional model,import into ADAMS,add the corresponding constraints,so that it can be in accordance with the actual motion of the tail rotor movement.By giving the model and the actual tail rotor the same quality,material and other work,so that it can output unbalanced force,through the playback animation can find the point of imbalance force,and then determine the direction of imbalance force.The practical application of the simulation is divided into three stages.The first stage,measurement of the tail rotor blades,the blade into the actual quality into the simulation model of dynamic balance simulation,the simulation results are obtained,and according to the actual weight of the simulation add final adding adjustment,and obtained the simulation results.In the second stage,the actual adjustment results are compared with the simulation adjustment results,and the corresponding laws are found out,and the corresponding relation between them is analyzed.The third stage,the corresponding relationship,simulation application experiment,advanced action balance simulation and adjust the simulation results are obtained to meet the requirements,then in accordance with the corresponding relation between the quality and the weight balance position given by directly adding weight,the use of dynamic balance analyzer in the actual dynamic balance detection,see if the results meet the requirements,in order to to complete the simulation application feasibility analysis.
