As an important component of the crack technology, the study of the crack technical equipment is an object of the application study, at the same time, it is also a strong embodiment of the technological vitality of crack. The model YD4140 notch-cutting machine in this paper is a technological achievement proposed by Institute of Crack of Lanzhou University of Technology. As an important part of YD4140 automatic stress broken material machine, V notch made by notch-cutting machine will influence the quality of stress blanking directly, so it is necessary to carry on deep research. Because of the complicated mechanic structure of this lathe and the special motion, dynamic unbalance appears in notch-cutting machine rotor. To this question, this paper combined the actual condition with simulation technology, aiming to seek the optimum solution to solve the dynamic balance, the main research have carried on as follows:1. The current situation of the studies in the world for rotor dynamics of and simulation technology is expounded firstly.2. Having sum up the theoretical foundation of the rotor dynamic, the dynamics model of the notch-cutting machine rotor of Model YD4140 have been set up, and then, mechanics and balance analysis the notch-cutting machine, and then has proposed using the simulation means to combine the software to realize optimizing the dynamic balance in the meaning promptly.3. With Pro/E project software, the three-dimensional entity's geometry model of every spare part of YD4140 notch-cutting machine main shaft system is set up, and calculate out their quality, centroid position and rotate the inertia respectively, the virtual assembly of the whole model also been studied.4. With the correct geometry model, the moving simulation model is set up in ADAMS project software through the interface module of Mech/Pro, carry on between kinematics and dynamics simulation analyze, prove exactness of model built. Have carried on optimization design analysis to balanced one on the correct model. Analyse through simulation result, the simulation result suggested that the optimize balance method is finally.5. Using the check of the knowledge, rigidity and strength to the main shaft is calculated, the feasibility of this balanced method has been verified again.
