In recent years,many domestic and foreign researchers have investigated the wave-dissipating performance of twin-plate breakwater.But in the study,it was found that more waves passed through the middle of the twin-plate,thus increasing the transmission wave height.A new type of horizontal inclined plate breakwater is proposed based on weakening the wave permeability between twin-plates.In this paper,by using FLUENT software and two-dimensional numerical simulation methods,respectively investigates the outlet water height,the angle of inclined plate,relative wave height,relative inclined plate distance,relative plate spacing,relative plate width,the relative water depth and the relative wave length how to influence the wave-dissipating performance and the stress of the inclined plate.Through the wave surface distribution near the breakwater,it is found that the new horizontal inclined plate breakwater structure has a significant effect on the wave reduction.The results show that the wave dissipation effect of the horizontal inclined plate breakwater is better than that of the twin-plate breakwater.The results can be found that the transmission coefficient increases with the angle of inclined plate?relative oblique plate distance?relative plate spacing and relative wave length,with the relative wave height and the relative depth of water decrease first and then increase,and decreases along with the addition of the relative width.It is also found that the factors such as the relative outlet water height?the angle of inclined plate?relative wave height and relative plate spacing have an obvious influence on the non-dimensional total force of the inclined plate of the horizontal inclined breakwater,the relative water depth has almost no influence on the non-dimensional total force of the inclined plate of the horizontal inclined breakwater.The non-dimensional total force of the inclined plate decreases along with the addition of the relative water height and relative wave height,and increases as the inclined plate angle and relative plate spacing increase.
