With the development of social science and technology, the development of the ocean is deepening, and the traditional breakwater can not meet the requirements of production and ecological protection because of the high cost, the influence of water depth and the unfavorable water exchange.Compared with the traditional breakwater, the plate permeable embankment has great advantages, whether it is difficult to build or the degree of influence on the marine ecological environment, and it can play a very important role in the construction of marine pasture.Based on previous studies,a new type of plate-type dikes is proposed, that is,the combined plate and arc dikes. In order to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of flat-arc-plate dikes, the physical models of flat-arc dikes are put into the flume, and the data are collected by wave height meter and pressure sensor, and the wave suppression and force characteristics are studied by controlling the wave height, wave period, the distance between the two plates of the model and the depth of the model.Based on the analysis of the collected experimental data, the wave dissipation characteristics of flat arc plate dikes are studied in the direction of transmission coefficient and reflection coefficient, and the wave dissipation characteristics and force characteristics of flat arc plate dikes are studied in the direction of wave pressure and total wave force. The following results are obtained:(1)Under different working conditions, the transmission coefficient of flat arc plate dikes increases first and then decreases with the increase of relative plate width;the relative wave height is positively correlated with the transmission coefficient, that is,the greater the relative wave height, the greater the transmission coefficient of the dikes;the variation of the dikes relative to the plate spacing has a variable but small variation on the transmission coefficient;and when the relative depth is less than 0,that is,when the dikes are in the effluent state, the transmission coefficient is smaller.(2)When the relative plate width is constant, the reflection coefficient is always greater when the relative wave height is 0.10 than when the relative wave height is0.17,that is,when the relative wave height is larger, the reflection coefficient is smaller when the relative plate width is less than 0.16.(3)The pressure at the point of the jetty varies periodically with time. Most of the negative pressure on the upper and lower surfaces of the flat plate and arc plate is about the axis symmetry of the transverse coordinate, and the absolute value of the negative pressure is slightly smaller.(4)The total wave force of the dikes in the stable band changes periodically with the increase of time. The vertical total wave force of the flat-arc plate dikes is obviously larger than-arc plate dikes is obviously larger than that of the wave force.
