In order to solve the traffic congestion,construction land shortage and other common urban diseases,high-rise building underground garage is increasingly developed,high-rise building underground garage in reducing urban traffic pressure and land shortage at the same time also faces great challenges.For example,uneven settlement deformation at the center and corner of the garage floor will lead to its tilt,affecting the normal use of the garage,settlement difference value exceeds a certain limit will lead to excessive deformation and cracks in the upper building structure.This paper takes the underground garage and its foundation of a 17-storey high-rise residential building in Dongying as the research object.firstly,three prediction methods are used to fit the measured settlement data of the underground garage of high-rise building.the results of hyperbolic method are more conservative than the prediction results of exponential curve method and poisson curve method,and poisson ratio curve method is more suitable for the prediction of the settlement and deformation of the underground garage of high-rise building in Dongying area.Secondly,on the basis of considering the pile-soil effect,ABAQUS software is used to simulate the settlement and deformation of the high-rise building underground garage in the upper structure construction process,and through the comparison and analysis with the measured settlement data,the feasibility of the model is verified,and the settlement and deformation law of the high-rise building underground garage in Dongying area is obtained.Finally,the thickness of the floor,pile spacing,pile length and pile diameter of the underground garage are optimized,which provides a reference for the design of similar underground garage in Dongying area.Settlement displacement-variation rule of distance from the origin of center: the settlement deformation value of underground garage floor of high-rise building in Dongying area diffuses and decreases along the radial direction,that is,the settlement value at the center of garage floor is the largest,and gradually decreases with the increase of distance.Settlement and deformation law of underground garage of high-rise building in Dongying area:Settlement deformation-variation rule of distance from the center origin: the settlement deformation value of underground garage floor of high-rise building in Dongying area diffuses and decreases along the radial direction,that is,the settlement value at the center of garage floor is the largest,and gradually decreases with the increase of distance.Variation of settlement deformation-depth: the maximum settlement deformation of pile foundation of underground garage of high-rise building in Dongying area occurs on the surface of pile top and decreases with depth layer by layer;The maximum settlement deformation of the soil also occurs on the surface of the soil,and decreases with depth layer by layer until it decreases to 0.Load-settlement deformation law: the settlement deformation value of underground garage of high-rise building in Dongying area increases with the increase of load.the settlement value is smaller when the load is initially increased,and the settlement trend is relatively gentle.with the increase of load,the settlement rate becomes larger and the settlement trend changes obviously.Through the optimization analysis of the underground garage of high-rise building,the conclusion that the overall settlement deformation and uneven settlement deformation of the underground garage of high-rise building can be effectively controlled by increasing the thickness of the bottom plate of the underground garage,reducing the pile spacing,increasing the pile length and increasing the pile diameter within a reasonable range is obtained,and a theoretical optimization design is given from the angle of settlement control and economy.
