Cement concrete pavement has the advantages of high strength,stability and durability,low cost and long service life.Therefore,it has developed rapidly in China since the 80 s of the last century.Over time,more and moreconstruction cement pavements have reached the end of their life cycle,and more and more diseases have appeared.Upgrading and renovating the old cement pavement is an important technology to improve road driving quality and improve road performance,and is of great significance in saving engineering cost and environmental protection.In the paper,in order to upgrade the old cement concrete pavement,the old cement pavement is systematically researched on the fragmentation,deformation homogenization and overlaying technology of the old cement pavement,and the following research results have been obtained.Adding asphalt surface layer or adding cement concrete surface layer is a commonly used cement road surface modification method.However,due to the relative displacement of the original cement concrete slab in joints,cracks,broken plates and vacancies under load,temperature and humidity changes,it is always impossible to avoid reflection cracks,and the disease occurs again.How to reduce the size of the old cement road panel block,eliminate the void at the bottom of the plate,and form the support with uniform strength is the key to the renovation of the old cement pavement.1)The disease of cement concrete pavement was introduced.The classification of various types of disease degree was described in detail,and the causes of various cement concrete pavement diseases were summarized and analyzed.The evaluation method of cement concrete pavement condition was introduced in detail.2)The working principle and technical parameters of the micro-cracking petrochemical machine are introduced.The influence factors of the gravel are analyzed from the selection of the sniper energy and the layout of the slamming point,and the gravel effect is studied.3)The construction process and technology of micro-crack homogenization treatment and regeneration technology for cement concrete pavement are proposed,including micro-cracking treatment,homogenization treatment and overlay paving.From the main control project and the general project,the quality control standard of micro-crack homogenization treatment and regeneration technology for cement concrete pavement is proposed.4)A finite element software Abaqus was used to establish a plane model consisting of the original pavement composite foundation,old cement concrete pavement and asphalt overlay.The axle load of the vehicle,the thickness of the asphalt overlay,the modulus of the asphalt overlay and the modulus of the ground were changed.Under the premise,the stress and deflection changes at the bottom joint of the asphalt overlay layer are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for preventing and delaying the generation of reflective cracks in the “white plus black” overlay.5)Based on the reconstruction project of the old cement pavement of BaoQuan road in XianYang city,and on the basis of the analysis of the typical damage forms of the existing road conditions,the treatment scheme of the cracks and homogenization of the old cement concrete pavement was formulated,and the treatment process and construction key points were put forward.
