Flexural tensile strength and Split-Tensile strength were consided as design index and evaluation index respectively in current cement concrete pavement mix design method. This method was confined single index and empiriacal method based-on macro mechanics. The durability of cement concrete pavement is represented difficultly. The cement concrete pavement pavement method based on durability control is studied in micro-level. Durability is represented by air content and its distribution of harden concrete as one of most important index. Micro pore structure is quantified by applying image analysis technology. It has important significance to the study of road cement concrete proportion and durability.The water cement ratio, cement content, the volume ratio of coarse and fine aggregate, the volume ratio of fine aggregate and cement paste are used constitutional indexs in micro level of cement concrete pavement. The mortar performance and cement concrete pavement performance are researcehed systematically. Air content is measured by improved device of volume method with self-exploitation. SEM experiment method and image analysis technology were applied firstly to micro pore structure research of cement concrete pavement. The durability partition method was introduced to cement concrete pavement mix design method by first time. The valid cement paste content was improved as durability evaluation index and the correlation technological requirements was introduced. The relation between durability to proportional design was associated organically through this index. The theory element of road cement concrete mix design method based on durability is set up.
