With rapid development of China economy,the social demand for transportation quickness serve becomes higher and higher.Quickness has become the key factor of competition between logistics enterprises except for constraints of transportation cost.Railway transportation has absolute superiority among various transports.For example,trains can be less affected by weather,and they are equipped with superior transport capability and have larger carry capacity,besides there are abundant kind of trains,which ensures them to transport all kinds of goods and has lower transport cost.Hence,railway transportation has always been one of the most important land logistics.However,there are some practical problems of railway transportation in the details of network node planing and completion of network programming,this article considered nodes in railway transport as the basic unit of railway transport line express and made hierarchical planning about network nodes of CRSG company.This article analyzes current condition of China railway express network and applying freight network patterns.It takes the quickness of railway express into consideration and is based on the planing of hub-and-spoke network,which aims to produce larger economies of scales through minimizing transport cost.Therefore,it introduces a hybrid hub-and-spoke network which fits features of railway freight on the basis of comparison with the features of different transport.This article constrain the number of transfer hinges to make sure transport's time effectiveness,reduce unnecessary transfer process and apply nonstop transport pattern on unnecessary transfer process.Considering the complexity of models and uniqueness of railway express,the article introduces two-stage heuristic algorithms to help solve problems in models.The first stage will combine calculated index value to system cluster analysis to ensure the number and location of hinge nodes;The second stage uses Dijkstra the short path algorithm to calculate cost under different transport pattern.In order to prove feasibility of this method,this paper calculated network transport cost using the method as basic need.This paper contrasts transport costs in nonstop,hub-and-spoke,hybrid hub-and-spoke patterns and compares further total amount of goods of each network pattern.The paper used hybrid hub-and-spoke network pattern to reprogram nodes in transport network and calculated smaller transport cost and total amount of goods compared with other methods,which the standard of CRSG's quick transport serve.The study method and related research conclusion can serve for the distribution of network structure of China railway quick transport.
