The electric valve actuator is a kind of equipment which uses the motor as the power source,transmits the power to the final executive shaft through the mechanical deceleration device,and then drives the valve stem through the executive shaft to control the opening and closing of the valve.Taking the oil angle valve of boiler combustion system as the control object,an valve electric actuator for automatic reset is designed in this paper,which solves the problem that the electric valve actuator in the prior art can't automatically reset after system failure or sudden power failure of the actuator itself.The electric actuator is mainly composed of electric reducer,gear mechanism,ratchet mechanism,cam mechanism,spring energy storage mechanism and drive separation device.Its main innovation is to realize the automatic mechanical reset function according to the energy storage principle of the torsion spring,and to realize the power self-locking and drive separation function by using the ratchet mechanism and the one-way needle roller clutch bearing.By the analysis of the structure and the actual working condition of the oil angle valve,the relationship between the angle and the torque during the opening and closing process of the oil angle valve is calculated,and the maximum torque and the corresponding angle value are determined;the structure of the whole and key components of the electric actuator are designed,and the torsion spring reset device,gear mechanism,cam stroke control mechanism,power self-locking device and drive separation device with ratchet mechanism and one-way needle roller clutch bearing as the core are researched and designed;the modal analysis and static analysis are carried out by three-dimensional software and finite element analysis software,the natural frequency,vibration mode and structural strength of key components of the electric actuator are obtained,and the rationality of the structure design and the reliability of the design of key components are verified theoretically;the prototype of the electric actuator is trial manufactured and its performance test is carried out.The test results show that the automatic mechanical reset time of the electric actuator is less than 2s after the system loses power,the output torque is slightly greater than the torque required for opening and closing the valve in the actual working condition,and the key performance index of the electric actuator meet the requirements of the relevant standards,thus verify the correctness,effectiveness and practicability of the proposed structural scheme.This paper consists of 57 figures,16 tables and 96 references.
