At present,the accessibility analysis are focused on the transport and the transportation network,but the impact of the capacity of the elevator inside the high-rise building on the individual space-time accessibility has not been considered.The time for an individual to take an elevator is affected by a variety of factors.The time it takes to travel is not a definite value,but a time interval related to confidence.This study proposes a place-based accessibility evaluation framework for large-scale urban areas with uncertain travel times.Inspired by the reliable space-time prism model,a reliable accessibility analysis model with confidence is introduced to analyze service area of an urban rail transit station under travel time uncertainty.This model uses the conventional service area analysis by considering customers' various travel time reliability constraints(e.g.,the elevator traffic and low-carbon vehicles).In addition,several temporal constraints of the facility(such as elevator up-peak and peak)can be explicitly formulated.Based on the model,three low-carbon vehicles are developed to evaluate accessibility to urban services under travel time uncertainty.Because the choice of low-carbon vehicles,this article clearly considers carbon emissions as an important factor influencing travelers' decisions.Therefore,the accessibility assessment framework proposed in this paper will give a new perspective to measure the utility of urban transport with different confidence levels,and also has certain practical significance for the construction of low-carbon cities.Firstly,the constraints of three dimensional accessibility in the high-rise building are simulated and studied.Based on the multi-queue model,the passenger queue waiting formula is deduced.Passenger arrival,passenger queue waiting,and passenger boarding processes are implemented using Python.Then,the data obtained from the simulation experiments are analyzed by statistical fitting to derive the distribution functions of passenger waiting time.According to the shortest path algorithm with confidence,the space-time pyramid of high-rise buildings can be obtained.Secondly,this paper uses questionnaires to obtain individual transit mode selection samples for subway travelers,and models individual transfer mode selection behavior based on the Logit model.Through field research,a multi-modal transportation network is constructed in GIS.Based on the characteristics of different connection modes,the reliability of the space-time accessibility around Yuantong Station is evaluated.The research results show that the characteristics of elevators in high-rise buildings and transfer vehicles have a significant impact on the space-time accessibility of individual with a given confidence.This study provides travel information of different reliability to travelers,which can better assist travelers' travel decisions,guide the travel of low-carbon transportation,and provide some reference opinions for urban design and land development.The study is beneficial to cities fairness in land planning.There are 26 pictures,11tables,85 references in the article.
