Current measures of transit space-time accessibility integrate the topology of public transport networks, the speed of vehicles, timetables, departure time of passengers, starting point and destination of travel, and other factors affecting transit time and space accessibility, but do not consider public transport the impact of traveler's individual and social economic properties on transit space-time accessibility. This paper establishes the relationship between the socio-economic attributes of public transport individual travelers and the behavior of public transport traveler mode selection, and reflects the impact of the socio-economic attributes of public transport travelers on the transit space-time accessibility. And combined with existing research, the reliability of the traveler's individual spacetime accessibility was evaluated.Assuming that bus travelers can choose one of the three public transportation modes of subway, bus, and taxi,or a combination of them,a questionnaire survey method is used to obtain the socio-economic attributes and bus travel mode selection samples of individual bus travelers, based on random utility. The theory has modeled the mode selection behavior of individual bus travelers.Using the GPS data of buses and taxis in Harbin City, the reliability of transit space-time accessibility was modeled. The results of the study show that the socio-economic attributes of individual bus travelers have a significant effect on the time-space accessibility of individual bus travelers under given confidence. This study provides the information required for multimodal travel to the traveler, which can better assist the traveler in making travel decisions, and is conducive to the evaluation of the public transport fairness of bus traveler groups with different social and economic attributes. This study can help improve public transport and the fairness of planning.
