At the beginning of the 21st Century,the emergence of the German industrial"4.0"and"made in China 2025"set off a worldwide wave of intelligent design,intelligent manufacturing and production.More and more Chinese companies and products ventured into the international market.From"made in China"to"designed in China"is also the trend that opens up further opportunities for the development and prosperity of China’s industrial design industry.And NP is a national company specialized in industrial design and holds an important position in the market.While many enterprises begin to transform and upgrade to intelligent production,the help of innovative industrial design products will help them open up a new development path explore the international market,build famous brands,and meet the personalized needs of consumers.Industrial design has become the magic key for each enterprise to win.The market structure is changing rapidly and the competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.NP’s current service marketing strategy cannot meet the needs of the current market development and competition,so it is in urgent need of optimization.This paper takes into consideration many years of NP’s service marketing strategy in the industrial design market as the research object).It analyzes the NP’s external and internal environment,and finds that NP’s marketing strategy has problems especially in the service positioning,pricing strategy and channel construction.Using NP company’s existing strengths combined with the basic theory of service marketing,an optimization of the creative industrial design of NP’s marketing strategy will be provided.Optimization recommendations include clear service orientation,adjust pricing strategy,expand the domestic market.In order to ensure that the service marketing optimization strategy can be successfully upgraded,NP needs to wisely manage manpower,finances and materials into certain resources.At the same time,the marketing optimization strategy of this service also has certain guiding significance and reference value for other industrial design enterprises in and their marketing practices.
