Scholars at home and abroad widely believe that mastering the real-time energy consumption status of public buildings by building an energy consumption monitoring system is an effective way to achieve energy saving.However,due to the low level of information management of the monitoring system in China,data quality problems always restrict its guidance on the energy efficiency evaluation and energy-saving renovation of buildings.In public buildings,since the energy consumption of central air-conditioning equipment occupies a large proportion of building energy consumption,the quality of its monitoring data is crucial.Based on this problem,from the perspective of identification and repair of problem data,this paper studies the repair method system of central air-conditioning power consumption monitoring data.The main research contents are as follows.(1)In order to make the repair method system universal in terms of monitoring parameter richness,monitoring topology and equipment type,combine power consumption monitoring system status and equipment operating characteristics to extract related factors of power consumption,based on this,typical monitoring scenes for various devices under various monitoring topologies are created,as a foundation for identification and repair method design,and provide alternative solutions for system optimization and transformation.(2)Based on the importance of power consumption related factors for data identification and repair,the methods for identifying hidden anomalies and repairing problem data are designed.The method uses PCA and k-Means on power consumption related factors to classify the patterns at the time of energy consumption,then find the most similar in the same pattern to realize identification and repair.And propose a complete identification and repair process for the power consumption monitoring data of various types of problems,the combination of identification and repair constitutes a complete repair method system.(3)Three public buildings with different characteristics are selected,and the actual monitoring data of the central air-conditioning equipment is used to verify the feasibility and applicability of the repair method.The results show that the absolute relative error of the repair results of each research object is about 10%.In addition,an e-QUEST energy consumption simulation model is built using one of the buildings as a prototype,and the simulation results of the hourly power consumption and its related factors are used as monitoring data input samples,the repair method is applied one by one with reference to the typical monitoring scenes.On the one hand the feasibility of the method in different scenes is tested.On the other hand,through comprehensive consideration of the repair effect and parameter collection cost of each scene,different levels of suggestions are proposed for the system monitoring point layout plan from the perspective of repair accuracy.The repair method system proposed in this paper is expected to fully address the quality problems of power consumption monitoring data of central air-conditioning equipments: the identification and repair methods of problem data are based on power consumption related factors,fully considering the complex physical characteristics of central air-conditioning equipments,and have a good universal;based on the comprehensive evaluation of the repair effect and monitoring cost,it provides a reference for the optimization design and transformation of the building energy consumption monitoring system driven by data quality.The research results of this paper are of great significance for improving the quality of monitoring data and supporting the data-driven energy efficiency diagnosis and energy-saving transformation of central air-conditioning system.
