In recent years,with the world within the scope of more and more extreme weather conditions,climate change and do not fight the factors for the harm done by the large power grid system is more and more difficult to control,before emergency measures to cope with the present stage,so the concept of the active power distribution network system(ADS)is put forward,but the resulting problems also gradually revealed,the active power distribution network in distributed generation system,there are random and intermittent output of these factors will lead to the distribution network voltage drop,voltage flicker,even can make the power quality to drop,Research published in the literature about active distribution network at home and abroad and paper are studied the above conclusion exploration and confirmed,but for power system fault recovery to reconstruct the required values of grid loss as small as possible and before the system failure for may malfunction alarm system need further exploration and research.Therefore,this paper studies the network loss value and the intelligent alarm system of active distribution network required by fault recovery and reconstruction of distribution network.The main contents are as follows:First,it introduces the improvement of the shortcomings of the active power distribution network after the distributed power supply(DG)is connected to the active power distribution network.The distributed power supply connected to the active power distribution network has a variety of operating modes.Operation and on-grid operation with the main grid Difficulty.Second,according to the characteristics of the distributed power is different,divided into since the launch of the distributed power supply and an since the start of the distributed power supply,under two different conditions and main grid operation,according to the actual running state of distribution network,set up with fewer network loss is low,the operation,as much as possible of DG operation,the average user outage time as small as possible on the basis of the objective function model.According to the different basic dimensions of each objective function,and on the basis of the constraint conditions,the normalization model of the multi-objective function is established,so as to provide convenience for the comparison of algorithm optimization.In terms of power flow calculation,a variety of artificial intelligence algorithms are introduced,and particleswarm optimization algorithm(pso)is used to optimize the fault recovery model of active distribution network based on the topology structure of active distribution network.On the basis of the above,the improved binary particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm is used again to optimize the active distribution network fault recovery model.The advantages of this method are fast iteration,low initial value requirements,can simplify the complexity of the model and effectively improve the operation speed.In order to verify the correctness of the conclusions drawn by the previous algorithm comparison,this paper chooses to use MATLAB as the platform and IEEE33 distribution network as an example for simulation.Finally,for the study of the literature on the necessity of setting up an intelligent alarm system in the distribution network,Active intelligent alarm system of the distribution network dispatching center first two existing alarm status is the same,but the police why different switch displacement alarm according to the nature of the different set up separately,and then USES the simplified adjust energy management module(EMM)networking operation,on the basis of this by setting the warning lights,voltage upper limit and lower limit value,the more active power limit warning,such as scheduling executives,according to preliminary judgment of the cause of the accident information,report to the superior discretionary choice,when dispatch personnel to solve after the accident,warning lights can be eliminated by manual button,in order to realize the active power distribution network on-line automatic alarm,and use Protel / DXP software to simulate the automatic alarm module,alarm sound frequency amplification module,volume control module and display module running independently in the large dispatching system to ensure that the fault is eliminated in the shortest time and help the distribution network to return to the normal operating mode Provide a certain protection for active distribution networks.
