| The distribution network is a bridge connecting power users to the main grid, and power users obtain power directly from the distribution network. When a short circuit occurs in the distribution network,if the fault point cannot be quickly located and removed, the reliability and safety of the power supply will inevitably decrease. Therefore, the stable operation of the distribution network is a prerequisite to ensure high-quality power supply, and a very important research topic in today’s power industry is the precise location of faults in the distribution network. The access scale and access capacity of distributed power sources have increased significantly with the development of today’s economy and the improvement of technological level, resulting in more and more complex distribution structures. In addition,a large number of distributed power sources have changed the trend of the distribution network,Which makes it more difficult to accurately locate faults in the distribution network. Therefore,in order to more efficiently and quickly realize the precise location of the fault point,it is urgent to enhance the fault diagnosis capability of the distribution network. This paper first introduces the research status of distribution network fault location.Secondly, the fault location principles of radial distribution network and distribution network with distributed generation are analyzed in detail, and the influence of distributed generation access on fault location of distribution network is introduced. Then the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to simulate and analyze the fault location of simple radial distribution network, and it is found that the algorithm has good applicability. After increasing the number of nodes and installing distributed generation, the algorithm is applied to fault location simulation analysis again, and it is found that the accuracy of fault location is significantly reduced.Due to the increase in the number of nodes and the access of distributed power sources, the structure and parameters of the distribution network have changed, and the binary particle swarm algorithm has not met the accuracy requirements for fault location. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a dual adaptive modified binary particle swarm optimization algorithm with weight adaptation and position adaptation mutation. Finally, the algorithm is used to simulate and analyze the 33-node radial and distributed power distribution network based on IEEE standards, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified. |
