With the high-quality development of China’s economy,changing the energy structure and improving the energy utilization rate has became the key to actively advocated the new energy consumption mode.In this situation,State Grid Corporation of China put forward the strategy of electric energy substitution,among which the most representative is electric heating.Electric heating converts electric energy into heat energy directly,which is environmentally friendly,now it is becoming the main way of decentralized heating for residents.However,when electric heating equipments are widely used in residential areas,it will cause three-phase imbalance of distribution network because of its high power and high energy consumption.The three-phase imbalance problem will affect the power quality,increase the loss.It will even cause the transformer to fire,endangering personal safety.So how to keep the three-phase balance of electric heating load in residential area is an urgent problem for power system to solve.First of all,this paper studies the physical characteristics of electric heating and the distribution standards in China.The residential power distribution in China is three-phase five wire single-phase power distribution mode.Each household of residential power distribution uses fixed single-phase power.Therefore,the normal phase change mode can not meet the demand.The difficulties of residential electric heating load balance control are the large number of loads,and the use of electric heating in each household is highly uncertain.In order to effectively regulate the three-phase imbalance of residential power distribution caused by electric heating equipment,a time-stagger balance control device based on ZigBee is proposed.The core idea of this paper is staggered time dynamic switching,by controlling the on-off situation of different electric heating loads on ABC three-phase according to the different temperature requirements of each household at the same time,to make the electric heating on one or two-phase which load is too large work at different time,maintaining the dynamic balance of three-phase eventually.In order to further verify the effectiveness of this design,this paper takes XX community of Changchun City as the research model,respectively establishes the heating,heating dissipation and heat balance models of residential electric heating rooms,and makes short-time staggered time switching for residential electric heating.The experiments show that the heating speed of residential buildings is significantly higher than the cooling speed,the heating time constant is relatively large,and the short-time switching impacts on the residential temperature is very small,not affecting residents’ comfort.In order to effectively reduce the three-phase imbalance,this paper analyzes the concepts of three-phase imbalance and the internal causes.Taking 1200 user units of residential buildings in XX community of Changchun City as the whole research,taking the minimum three-phase imbalance as the objective function,establishes the residential electric heating to establish the three-phase imbalance In the balance model,the experiment simulation is carried out to realize the load balance of residential electric heating by staggering the on-off time of the load,and then the accuracy and feasibility of the strategy are verified by MATLAB simulation software.The verification results show that the method makes the system reach the relative three-phase balance,and the imbalance degree is reduced.After the demand analysis of the load balance control system of residential electric heating District,based on the research results and the actual project demand,the hardware and software environment of the system is given.The balance device is mainly composed of data acquisition device and stagger time switching device.In the aspect of data collection,because of the large number of users and many nodes involved in residential quarters,this paper using ZigBee to communicate the data information of multiple nodes in real time.The stagger time switch transmits the information and data to the processor control module,and the processor control module processes it to get the corresponding optimal scheme,and then transmits the control scheme to the power commutation element for execution.
