Building Electric Heating Temperature Control System Based On ZigBee Technology

With the development of modern science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standard, people put higher request in building winter heating. The building electric heating temperature control system which is based on the flow information, perfect service and less environmental pollution by the users’ favorite, and become a development trend on modern building winter heating. So it is very important to research and develop building electric heating temperature control product which is suitable for people’s demand.The research and development of building electric heating temperature control system low cost, in low power consumption, easy networking and maintenance is a interdisciplinary studies topic on computer, automatic control and communication. The applications of WLAN and bluetooth have difficulty on the area of building electric heating temperature control system because of complex agreement, power consumption and high cost. ZigBee become a new wireless communication technology in recent years, it has a broad market space in the control system of industrial control field, building automation and home system control.To improve the inconvenience of our northern country’s traditional heating, through the analysis and research of ZigBee technology, this paper gives a hardware net platform which complies with ZigBee standards, and it combines with MSP430 and CC2420 which is a 2.4G RF transceiver module. This system consists of the hardware design and software design of system. The hardware design has completed on-site monitoring unit, temperature module and the node design of ZigBee; the software design has finished supervisory computer, subordinate computer, man-machine interface design, SPI serial bus design and the software anti-interference design.The research and design of building electric heating temperature control system based on ZigBee technology, which has advantages such as the intellectualized operation, saving energy and cost-effective, so it has a broad application prospect.
