Research On The Optimization Of Capital Structure Of GL Company

The decision-making of capital structure is the focus of enterprise management and financial personnel,and also a focus of academic research.For the influencing factors of capital structure,industry is the first.Based on the relevance of life,this paper selects home appliance manufacturing industry as the research subject.In order to improve the systematic and comprehensive analysis of capital structure,qualitative and quantitative analysis,theoretical and empirical analysis,horizontal comparison and vertical comparison are combined.Based on the development and market background of home appliance manufacturing industry,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of capital structure research by referring to domestic and foreign scholars,and then analyzes the current situation of capital structure of GL company under the guidance of relevant theories.In the study of GL company’s capital structure,this paper uses the financial data of GL company from 2014 to 2018,and uses the vertical and horizontal comparative analysis to study the static and dynamic capital structure of GL company.Through the investigation,we have grasped the relevant trends of financial data of GL company in recent five years,as well as the capital structure of the company and the capital structure characteristics of the listed companies in the household appliance industry.According to the analysis of the trend of financial data and the characteristics of capital structure,GL company’s debt structure is unreasonable,among which the debt ratio gap is large,the company’s equity concentration is low and the financing mode is not diversified enough.Finally,based on the analysis results of GL company’s capital structure,put forward targeted improvement pattern.For the long-term development of the company,the research on the optimization of the capital structure of the company plays an important role,which is the key way to maximize the value of the company.How to optimize the capital structure is a key point that enterprises and even industries should pay attention to.Therefore,no matter the enterprise itself or the whole market or even the government agencies,they should pay more attention to the optimization of capital structure,master the optimal capital structure of the company,and greatly improve the efficiency of enterprises to maximize their own value.
