Research On The Optimization Of Capital Structure Of HT Machinery Manufacturing Company

Machinery industry is the core component of manufacturing industry,among which machinery and equipment,especially food packaging and processing machinery,have developed rapidly in China.There are also many leading enterprises with large scale and good benefits in the industry.At present,facing the increasingly fierce competition situation,the products of China’s food packaging machinery manufacturing industry can keep up with the international advanced level.In fact,however,few new products of innovative technology and intellectual property are produced.Although China’s food packaging machinery industry has shown great potential for development,it still has the disadvantage of competing with foreign advanced technology companies.So from a certain level,the mechanical field of food processing and packaging in our country is also mixed.For small and medium-sized unlisted enterprises,it is an indispensable focus of financial management to establish an optimized capital structure model to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Because the expansion of company size and the increase of business orders are all related to the financing scale,if the capital structure of the enterprise is not perfect,it will produce greater financing risk,which will have a negative impact on the business development of the enterprise,and even eventually lead to bankruptcy.In this paper,HT Machinery Manufacturing Company is taken as the research object,starting from the current financial and capital structure situation of the company,by using SPSS software to establish a data model,the influencing factors of manufacturing capital structure are analyzed,the existing problems and causes of the company’s capital structure are pointed out,and further more effective optimization suggestions and measures areprovided for HT Machinery Manufacturing Company in order to make the company achieve better results.Develop and seize the dominant market.By establishing a data model and analyzing the influencing factors,this paper puts forward some optimization measures,which can be used for reference by domestic enterprises in the same industry,aiming at further promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,especially the food packaging machinery industry.
