The on-line monitoring system of 1000 KV UHV substation is a very demanding subject. This paper mainly studies the application of on-line monitoring system of 1000 KV GIS equipment partial on-line monitoring system(DMS),SF6 gas on-line monitoring system and transformer(high reactance)chromatographic analysis on-line monitoring system in UHV substation. The analysis and demonstration of constant signal are carried out.In this paper,a 1000 KV GIS device on-line monitoring system(DMS)collects UHF signals by placing external and built-in sensors on the GIS device to predict the health status of the equipment. The built-in sensors are installed by the GIS manufacturer in the manufacturing process. The external sensors can be installed live. They are placed in the dielectric window of the GIS basin insulator which is not wrapped with metal shield or on the GIS shell. The UHF signal is detected by the leakage of electromagnetic wave in the dielectric. The SF6 on-line monitoring system is used to judge the use of substation equipments with SF6 gas as insulation and arc extinguishing medium. In the process of leakage, intelligent alarm is found in advance to avoid serious equipment defects and personnel injury;transformer(high reactance)oil chromatographic on-line monitoring device will decompose small molecular hydrocarbon gases(such as CH4.C2H6.C2H4.C2H2,etc.)and other gases(such as H2.CO,CO2,etc.)by analyzing the content and composition of the insulating oil or solid insulators at the fault site,to diagnose the change.Voltage transformer(high reactance)health status and fault types can play an accurate and timely role in early warning, facilitate the monitoring of transformer sudden faults.
