With the extensive use of high strength steel plate in the production of automotive panels,the springback defects of automotive panels become more and more prominent,and springback has a significant effect on the positioning deviation of automotive panels.This paper is aimed at put forward an evaluation algorithm for calculating the influence of springback on the positioning deviation of automotive panels,and the algorithm proposed in this paper can be used to numerically calculate the springback deviation and positioning deviation of automotive panels after springback.Springback in the production of automotive panels has been a common defect that affects the precision of automobile body and restricts the wholesale production.Most automobile covers have definite rigidity.On this basis,the paper uses the positioning principle of 3-2-1.The paper takes the springback defect of automobile cover as the main influence factor,and the positioning deviation caused by springback is taken as the main evaluation object to search for the best positioning of automotive panels.This paper aims at the dimension deviation phenomenon caused by the springback of automobile cover in actual production.The paper is based on the calculation method of the total deviation of the covering parts by introducing the coordinate system and uses the method of coordinate change is applied to realize the alignment of the ideal workpiece and the actual deformation workpiece.In this paper,the numerical calculation of the overall size error of automobile panels and the influence of springback on the positioning deviation of automobile panels is realized.In this paper,based on the principle of the minimum error of the overall evaluation points,the algorithm of the optimal registration point selection is put into effect.In this paper,the finite element method is used to calculate the deviation error of automotive panels.And in this paper,the calculation method is applied to the positioning selection and the estimation of the overall size deviation of the Automotive panels.At the same time,this paper applies the algorithm to analyze and calculate the thin-wall parts with the geometric features of automobile panels and the parts of automobile hood.In addition,this method can also be used to calculate the overall dimension deviation and the influence of springback on the positioning deviation of the measured automotive panels.This method can provide an effective numerical calculation tool for the analysis of die design and in the actual production.The method presented in this paper can be used to evaluate the impact of springback on the overall size deviation of automobile panels and the method can be used to the impact of springback on the positioning deviation.In this paper,a numerical calculation algorithm for automobile automotive panels is proposed by combining coordinate change method and finite element method,and the overall size deviation and positioning deviation of automobile covering parts are evaluated by numerical method proposed in this paper.The actual case and calculation results of this paper show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can accurately express the overall size deviation and positioning deviation of automotive panels corresponding to different datum points,and determine the best location point.
