| In recent years,prefabricated buildings have been vigorously promoted because of their green environmental protection and high construction efficiency.However,their rapid development stage also generally faces the problem of component size and quality.Factors such as the tolerance value of the design stage,the precision of the mold in the production stage,and the path selection in the transportation stage will cause the deviation between the actual size of the prefabricated component and the designed size,which will cause the deviation of the component to accumulate during the installation.When it is large,it will not only affect the installation efficiency of the components,but also affect the performance of the building in severe cases.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to study the sources and control methods of the dimensional quality problems of prefabricated components.In view of this,this article starts with the size deviation of precast concrete external wall panels(PC external wall panels),and conducts research on its influence and control methods,aiming to provide solutions for the overall size and quality of prefabricated buildings.(1)On the basis of a large amount of literature research,analyze the installation problems of PC external wall panels,and point out that the size deviation of PC external wall panels will lead to problems such as delays in progress,cost overruns,and failure of project quality to meet expectations.By studying the source of the size deviation of PC external wall panels,investigating the current situation of PC external wall panel size deviations and analyzing the size and quality problems of prefabricated external wall panels after installation,we provide quality control indicators for the simulated installation of PC external wall panel dimensions.(2)Aiming at the installation deviation problem of PC external wall panels,the PC external wall panel installation sequence optimization method based on recursive algorithm and the installation position optimization method based on error flow theory(SOV)are proposed,and the detailed workflows of the two methods are described.The installation sequence optimization method combines the recursive algorithm with the secondary development technology to realize the simulated installation of the PC external wall panel,and finally automatically generates the best installation plan according to the principle that the greater the maximum value of the local cumulative deviation is,the priority is controlled;the installation position optimization method makes full use of the allowable deviation between the connection of the prefabricated component and the main structure connector,programming in Visual Studio and loading through the Revit API interface,which can quickly generate the deviation range that allows the installation of the PC external wall panels.(3)Taking a prefabricated dormitory building in Shaanxi as an example,two methods are used to simulate the installation of its wall panels,and compared with the actual installation results,it is found that the accuracy of the algorithm is high.Finally,the two methods are compared in terms of installation qualification rate improvement,algorithm operating time,actual construction adjustment time,maximum local cumulative deviation and method application conditions,and it is concluded that the PC external wall panel installation position optimization method is more suitable for actual on-site construction. |
