Research On The Path Of The Influence Of Formal Contract On Engineering Project Cooperation

As the pillar industry of my country's economic development,the construction industry has been pushing forward the continuous development of my country's economy.Therefore,the complexity of the development of the engineering project has caused problems such as low cooperation efficiency and asymmetric information between the owner and the contractor.These problems occur frequently during the project construction process,which makes the operation of the project become Difficult steps.Therefore,how to improve the cooperation efficiency between the owner and the contractor in the engineering project has been a hot topic in the construction industry.The formal contract,as the basis of engineering project cooperation,plays an indispensable role in the cooperation of the project,and the huge effect of trust in the engineering project has a decisive influence on the cooperation between the two parties.In order to fit the special attributes of the engineering field,this article will use trust as an intermediary to explore the impact of formal contracts on engineering project cooperation.Based on the existing literature research results,this paper proposes path assumptions and conceptual models of formal contracts(contract coordination,contract control)and trust(trust based on institution,cognition,and emotion)on cooperation between owners and contractors and introduces structural equations The method of the model uses SPSS22.0 software and AMOS24.0 to analyze and process the collected data and test the hypotheses made in the article.The research results show that:(1)When trust becomes an intermediary,the formal contract can not only directly affect the cooperation of the engineering project,but also indirectly affect the cooperation of the engineering project through the intermediary effect of the trust,There are 2 direct impact paths and 6 indirect effects on the path of the formal contract's impact on the cooperation of the engineering project,and the influence relationship of each path is different;(2)contract control has a direct positive effect on the cooperative behavior of the engineering project,and the path is significant;The path of the influence of engineering cooperation is not significant;(3)contract control has a certain reverse effect on institutional trust;(4)different types of trust(institutional trust,cognitive trust,emotional trust)have a significant positive impact on cooperative behavior,affecting The sizes vary.In this paper,when trust becomes an intermediary,the path through which the formal contract affects the cooperation between the project owner and the contractorhas been studied.Introducing formal contract and trust as research variables,it is necessary for formal contract,trust and cooperation Demonstrate,analyze the standardized coefficients that affect the path,and propose corresponding strategies to improve the efficiency of cooperation.At the same time,on the basis of this,the model is calculated and the hypothesis is verified.For the rest of the scholars to study the formal contract between the contractors of the project The influence path provides a certain reference,and provides certain support for improving the operating efficiency of the cooperation between the project owner and the contractor and improving the cooperative relationship between the two in the practice of Chinese project construction.
