In today's rapid economic development of our country, social lack of trust is now commonplace, and the drawbacks brought about by the crisis of confidence are also reflected. It has been proved that trust can reduce the probability of opportunism, reduce supervision and control, reduce transaction costs, improve cooperation efficiency, and reduce the role of conflict. The inconsistency of interest appeal points among participating entities in the construction project field and the possibility of crisis in trust are very high.As the two most important participants in the construction of an engineering project, the owners and contractors have asymmetric information,Incomplete contracts, loss of information, and other factors are often in opposing negative relationships and there is a large "Trust crisis." If there is a crisis of trust,it often affects the cooperative relationship between the owner and the contractor, thus reducing the performance of project management. In order to fit the special properties of the engineering field, the research will be carried out under the background of the performance of the project management, and the research content based on this paper is the influence factor of the owner's trust on the contractor.First of all,the article takes the current situation of the trust crisis between contracted and contracted companies in domestic construction project management as the background, and combines the characteristics of the project itself with the background of project management performance as the background, and proposes this research content as the influencing factors for the owner's trust in the contractor.Secondly, the meaning of project management performance is explained. Then the relationship between the owner ' s trust relationship and project management performance is analyzed.Based on this,a literature analysis method and an expert survey are used to establish the impact factor system. Then, the structural equation model was introduced to construct the conceptual model of the influencing factors. The questionnaire was designed to collect the questionnaire data. The SEM analysis of the influencing factors was performed using the AMOS software, and the relationship between influencing factors and trust and the interrelationships among the factors were obtained.Obtain the path coefficient and determine the degree of influence of each factor on project trust. Finally, according to the path coefficient, the influencing factors are divided into three levels. The strategy analysis is proposed for each of the three levels, and the suggestion of strengthening the trust of the owners to the contractor is proposed at the dimension level. This paper takes engineering trust as the center, analyzes the influencing factors of the owner's trust in contracting, and explores the degree of influence of the influencing factors on the trust of the project, which helps the project participants, especially the owners and contractors,to understand the trust of the project more comprehensively and profoundly, and for the engineering of our country. The theoretical system of trust research is more complete and provides useful lessons. The innovation of this paper is first to study the innovation of the research content, and to study the trust of the owner to the contractor because of the actual reasons for the actual impact of the trust of the owner to the contractor in the project.Secondly, the innovation of research angle, based on the perspective of project performance management, makes the content and conclusion of the study more consistent with the characteristics of the architectural field, and makes the research of trust more objective and practical.
