Hybrid electric vehicle includes the traditional and electric drive system. This kind of vehicle has different energy conversion device as power source for cars driven. Compared with conventional cars, hybrid electric vehicle can get good fuel economy and emissions by a reasonable matching and controlling. This approach is one of practical technologies which can solve energy and environmental issues. However, the control strategy of hybrid electric vehicles is still a difficulty for its development. At present, the technology is not very mature both in theory and practice. In this dissertation, the control strategy of hybrid electric vehicle is analyzed on theoretical. Be the way, the simulation and experiments were also researched. This approch has important theoretical significance and high practical value. The models of engine, motor and battery were built.This dissertation discussed the control strategy of development of hybrid electric vehicle at home and abroad, analyzed the importance of the control strategy in the vehicle research. The control strategy provided a torque distribution demand in the engine and motor, decided the operating points, have a great influence on the aspects such as the fuel economy, emissions and so on. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the structure of car, this dissertation introduced importantly vehicle-specific simulation software ADVISOR, the redevelopment was done. The simulation results showed the design of the power system for the experimental sample car was practical. This dissertation analyzed the effects of the parameters on the economy and emissions.On this basis, the pairs of parallel hybrid electric vehicle control strategy for an in-depth research to economy and emissions of research-based, fuzzy control theory is proposed based on the parallel hybrid electric vehicle control strategy of fuzzy optimization to determine the engine and the motor switch moment distribution, the engine operating point is optimized, and the control strategies simulation model to design fuzzy controller to establish on the Matlab / Simulink platform. In a different cycle of operating conditions on fuzzy optimal control strategy simulation and analysis,electric-assisted control strategy simulation results compared to verify the correctness of fuzzy optimal control strategy and superiority of the impact of vehicle performance obtained factors, and also highlights the fuzzy optimal control strategy for a good robustness and adaptability in order to further achieve the fuzzy optimal control in real car and provide a theoretical basis for the application.
