With the continuous progress of teaching reform,after years of exploration,many secondary vocational schools in Hainan have begun to shift from the previous decomposition teaching to the integral teaching,turning the previous separate engine curriculum,chassis curriculum,gearbox curriculum,etc.,integrated into two courses,"automobile overall understanding course" and "automobile fault diagnosis",the matching teaching materials are also being developed,our School has integrated five courses,including engine course,chassis course,electronic control engine course and automatic transmission course,into a new car knowledge course,and has independently developed a set of new car knowledge textbooks,however,at present,the teaching platform on the market is still a separate engine test platform and gearbox test platform,and there are few power assembly training platforms with gearbox and engine combined,this paper is to develop a set of universal and suitable for the current teaching application of vocational schools powertrain test-bed.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of the current information-based teaching and realize the desire of the information-based teaching into the laboratory,we decided to develop a set of comprehensive test-bed which meets the needs of the course and has the operation of the network connection APP.The engine used in the Mazda M5 is a typical in cylinder direct injection V4,the gearbox is a five speed manual all in one AT automatic transmission,and Hainan serves as the Mazda production base,the students trained by the school basically work in the Haima Automobile Factory.This thesis is designed mainly for the students of Hainan School.Therefore,this thesis Chooses M5 Power Assembly as the research carrier,to develop a test-bed suitable for vocational school teachers and students.The content of the paper includes the design of the platform structure,the circuit diagram of the panel system and the Fault Operation Panel Diagram,the production of the APP software for the test platform and the instructions for the use of the test platform,including the basic composition of the test bench,the function of each part,the fault code and the process and method of setting and troubleshooting,and the corresponding integrated teaching situation for the fault of the test bench is designed,each situation contains study manuals,task sheets,PPT,etc..Teachers can use the test stand to show the physical structure and the operation steps of overhaul in class.Students can also learn by themselves.Teachers can participate in it and make some suggestions in the key places.Learning manual is mainly for students to provide some knowledge points,but also can be used as a reference maintenance manual.The work order lets students know their work tasks and also enables them to check their own deficiencies.Students in the integrated teaching process is no longer only to learn some rigid knowledge,but more practical skills.
