| Under the background of an increasingly internationalized market economy,all parties must open themselves up,share information,and develop in a coordinated manner in order to be able to quickly adapt to market changes and gain an advantage in competition.Therefore,the superiority of the information and management technology of the full design process with related design and collaborative design as the main support is fully reflected and widely used.For example,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in the construction industry has been widely used throughout the world,and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China has also approved the "Unified Standard for the Application of Building Information Models" as a national standard.In the field of ship engineering,ship design is a systematic project involving multiple disciplines.Any project involves many different stages and links in design,construction,operation and maintenance.Even in the design process,it involves many different professions,such as hull design,power machinery,and power configuration.Involving the integration of different information and data,it is difficult for them to share and exchange information with each other,which forms a large number of information "islands." Therefore,collaborative design and integration will definitely be the development direction of the shipbuilding industry.In the ship’s full design process,the program design is the most active and creative leading design front end,and is the key stage for constructing the ship’s entire design process framework innovative design.Among the various types of ships,the hull structure and hull shape of a luxury yacht are relatively complex and specific.The cases cited in this paper are based on yachts with good artistic and aesthetic requirements.The main research content of the paper includes the following sections:1)In the design stage of the ship,art design and ship engineering are closely integrated to highlight the aesthetics of the ship.Using virtual simulation technology,the shipowner can participate in the ship concept stage from the very beginning,which enables the designer to grasp the shipowner’s design intention and thinking in the first place and react quickly,which increases the smoothness of communication between designers and shipowner and reduces the time exchanges and obstacles between designers and shipowners.Based on the analysis of the existing ship CAD and virtual reality technology,combined with the key technology of ship virtual simulation,the virtual simulation design is perfected,the model is simplified,and the real-time display of the virtual simulation design system model is accelerated.From the perspective of software development,a computer-aided program design system based on the family-owned gene for yachts was designed for the design of ship-wide collaborative programs for the full design process.2)Research on ship cooperative design and integrated modeling system.The ship collaborative design method for the full design process is studied,including the normative description and design constraints of the collaborative mode,collaborative rules and collaborative processes for ship collaborative design oriented to the full design process;Analyze the model demand among each stage of the ship’s entire design process;Study ship information modeling and model integration for the ship’s full design process.3)Development and research of ship collaborative design system platform.Based on the core technology and theoretical knowledge proposed in this paper,a collaborative design system framework interface for the ship’s full design process is constructed.Then the establishment and implementation of the main functional modules of the system are introduced.Based on this system,collaborative design for the ship’s full design process and optimization of its functions can be assisted,which can help the project responsible personnel to reduce the workload and can also provide a certain analogy and reference for the following ship collaborative design researchers. |
