The airport ground support capability is in need to be improved due to the sharply rising proportion of air transport in transportation and the increasing frequency of flight takeoffs and landings.Now,many airports are facing the problems of low efficiency of ground support services and insufficient support resources.At this stage,the main study direction is to use autonomous vehicles to improve the level of ground support service automation instead of traditional vehicles with drivers.The aim is to develop smart airports with information sharing and collaborative decision-making to optimize the allocation of ground resources.From the perspective of system integration,the research that integrates the respective advantages of autonomous driving technology and smart airports is still in its infancy,especially study on how to coordinate the management of special vehicles for coordinated operations in a dynamic environment.This paper will re-analyze the structure and functions of special vehicles and dispatching systems,proposing an intelligent cooperative security system for airport special vehicles,focusing on airport special research on optimization of vehicle collaborative scheduling scheme based on task flow and information flow to realize the automation of airport special vehicles and improve their use and operation efficiency.Here are the main research contents:(1)An intelligent cooperative security system for airport special vehicles is proposed.The security system is based on the airport ground support service task flow and information flow.It includes four major systems of the integrated monitoring center,intelligent dispatch center,information interaction network,and autonomous special vehicles which are planned to comprehensively realize the safe,economic,and autonomous operation of the airport special vehicles.(2)The technical difficulties of intelligent cooperative support system for airport special vehicles are studied.The malfunction diagnosis system is designed from the ingteration of could and the end.This system will realize real-time monitoring of system operation,early warning of prone to faults,and timely and efficient handling of occasional faults.A special vehicle scheduling method is designed based on "system optimal" to optimize under complex dynamic environments special vehicle cluster task distribution.This method will help to unify planning of special vehicle electronic and electrical architecture,and vehicle control strategy layered processing to reduce the cost of special vehicle industrialization and achieve multi-system and multi-objective collaborative control of the vehicle;distributed calculation and layering of system information processing to solve the problem of system information identification,processing and sharing under complex time-varying conditions.(3)The composition and scheduling scheme of the airport special vehicle dispatching system are studied.This paper will analyze airport airside resources,flight and special vehicle and dispatch system related attributes,and will conduct in-depth analysis of flight ground support service types and support service processes to determine the constraint relationship between the support service itself and other services.According to the characteristics of airport special vehicle scheduling problem,this paper will discuss the corresponding solutions in depth,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of airport special vehicle cooperative scheduling strategy and the selection of solving algorithm.(4)The dynamic scheduling strategy and establish a multi-objective mathematical model are determined.This model will simplify the scheduling process of special vehicles,and it can formulate the scheduling system function and dynamic scheduling strategy according to the flight service demand and special vehicle status.Based on the special vehicle scheduling strategy and the constraint relationship of flight ground support service flow,a multi-objective mathematical model will be established with the minimum number of special vehicles,the shortest running distance of special vehicles and the shortest average flight delay time.(5)The scheduling model solving algorithm and scheduling scheme decision method are designed.The NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the solution set of the special vehicle scheduling model.The analytic hierarchy process is used to make qualitative and quantitative analysis of the optimization objective,determine the weight of the objective,and select the optimal scheduling scheme by comparing the scheme satisfaction.Through simulation,the cooperative scheduling strategy and scheduling model of airport special vehicles are verified.The intelligent cooperative support system and the cooperative scheduling method of special vehicles proposed in this paper provide certain theoretical value and reference significance for the development of intelligent and unmanned airport.
