With the continuous development of international trade,with the promotion of the "Marine Silk Road",automated container terminals have the advantages of efficient and stable loading and unloading,energy saving and safety,and have become an inevitable trend in the development and construction of China's port container terminals.With the development of automated container terminals,how to achieve efficient and scientific management of automated container yard operations has become a new problem urgently needed to be resolved in the industry.In order to improve the operation efficiency and utilization rate of the automated container yard,this paper conducts research on its operation balance problem under the mixed storage mode of import and export containers in the automated container yard.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the current research status and research results of automatic container yard operation balance,etc.At the same time,on the basis of an overview of automatic container yard storage operations and container turnover operations,the container storage methods and container turnover are analyzed The reason is to define the container type of the main operation of the yard.(2)Through on-site investigation of Xiamen Yuanhai Automated Container Terminal,according to the nature of the problem of the distribution of the operation area of the automated container yard,the average difference method and the rolling planning model are adopted,and the AGV terminal loading and unloading plan of the ship and the external card terminal loading and unloading are comprehensively considered The plan,with the goal of balancing the operation volume of each container area and the balance of the total operation volume of the overall automated container yard container area,established an automated container yard operation volume distribution balance model,and designed an automated container yard box area based on simulated annealing algorithm Workload balancing algorithm.(3)On the basis of the research on the balanced distribution of the operation volume of the automatic container yard,according to the principle of container storage,in the rolling plan mode,it is proposed to minimize the number of containers and store them after the container is assigned.The height sum is minimized as the objective function,an automatic container yardassignment assignment balance model is established,and a heuristic algorithm for the yard assignment assignment assignment model is designed.(4)The operation balance of Xiamen Yuanhai Automated Container Terminal Yard was verified and analyzed.A balanced distribution plan and container assignment operation plan for each container area in the planned period were obtained.The results showed that the application of the automated container stack established by this study Field operation equilibrium model and algorithm,the total equilibrium deviation target value is 310 TEU,the number of pressure tanks is 1,the total storage layer height is 36,the containers assigned to the export container are close to the ship and AGV exchange area,and the containers assigned to the imported container The location is close to the foreign collection card exchange area,which can effectively balance the operation of Xiamen Yuanhai Automatic Container Yard.In this paper,through the research on the operation balance of the automated container yard,an equilibrium model of the operation volume distribution of the automatic container yard box and an operation equilibrium model of the yard slot assignment operation are established.Heuristic algorithm of job balance model.Provide support for efficient and scientific management of automated container yard operations.
