Lithium batteries are valued by people for their unique performance,but there are also various problems in the work process,such as overcharge and overdischarge,and unbalanced battery voltage,in order to ensure the safe and effective operation of lithium batteries,it is necessary to design power lithium battery energy management systems to conduct real-time monitoring and management of lithium batteries.This paper first introduces the working principle and basic performance parameters of lithium battery,analyzes the factors affecting the performance of lithium battery,summarizes several common lithium battery models,and identifies the parameters of the lithium battery model to obtain the relationship between open circuit voltage and SOC curve.Secondly,this paper analyzes the overall design and function of power lithium battery energy management system,based on this,the hardware design and software design of the system are separately carried out.The main control chip of the hardware circuit selects the MSP430F2168 single-chip microcomputer,which is the core of the control circuit and is responsible for receiving and processing data and implementing various function of the system,the front-end acquisition circuit selects the BQ76925 chip to monitor various parameters of the lithium battery.The hardware circuit also includes a battery equalization circuit,an alarm and wake-up circuit and a display circuit.In order to give full play to the preset functions of the power lithium battery energy management system,the software design of the system was carried out in this paper,including the data detection program flow chart,battery status flow chart etc.Finally,the power lithium battery energy management system was analyzed and verified.Finally,the definition of lithium battery SOC and the commonly used estimation algorithms are introduced.The principles of linear Kalman filter algorithm and extended Kalman filter algorithm are introduced and deduced,and on this basis,the extended Kalman filter algorithm is applied to power lithium battery SOC estimation,and use MATLAB to verify the simulation,the experiment proved the accuracy and practicality of the algorithm.The article concludes with a summary of the research work and deficiencies of this article.
