With the development of the world economy,the manufacturing industry has changed the mode of production and management.NdFeB permanent magnet materials are widely used in energy conservation,environmental protection,aerospace,medical devices and other fields with their excellent magnetic properties.They are indispensable basic materials for modern science and technology and social development.In the 21 st century,China has become the industrial center and application center of NdFeB in the world.As early as the 1990 s,Japan had realized the automatic production of the whole process line.Due to the confidentiality of foreign technology,the limitation of domestic key technology and relatively cheap labor force,the development of domestic automation technology is relatively slow.In view of the current situation of weak information technology in NdFeB production and the inevitable trend of automation upgrading,this paper carried out the design and development of production planning and scheduling system for NdFeB magnetic materials.In recent years,due to the continuous increase of personnel cost and the increasingly fierce price competition of sintered NdFeB products,coupled with the continuous deepening of the concept of cost reduction,efficiency improvement,energy conservation and environmental protection,people began to focus on the automation of NdFeB production process,so as to reduce the cost of personnel.But up to now,the automation level of sintering NdFeB production line in China is still in its infancy.The informatization of the whole production process starts from the preparation of raw materials,and takes advantage of the reliability,flexibility and ease of operation of PLC system.Through the operation of automatic cutting equipment,the production personnel will reduce about 50% of the personnel needed for the process of cutting and grinding,greatly reducing the cost of personnel and reducing the safety risk.The production scheduling system uses the front and back-end separation system.The front-end uses JavaScript as the development language,and the development tool is visual studio code,which is the current mainstream lightweight compiler.The front-end mainly uses the combination of vue.js framework and element UI.It starts very fast and greatly improves the experience of the system.The back-end takes Java as the development language,Its development tool is the IntelliJ idea,the integrated development environment of the current mainstream Java programming language.It uses the combination of spring,spring MVC,Mybatis and Shiro to query the data from the database and carry out the corresponding data processing.The production scheduling system realizes the centralized monitoring of NdFeB material production line,and has an overall understanding of the real-time status of each production process.The integration,storage and statistical analysis of data,materials and other information generated in the production process is convenient for visitors to know the latest production situation of a batch of products at any time.The inventory management of raw materials,intermediate products and finished products is further improved,which is convenient for subsequent sales and cost calculation.Through data analysis,it can provide new direction for product improvement.
