Study On Corporate Value Of DM Group Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

Under the background of the global economic growth and the improvement of people's living standards,China's automobile industry has been showing a trend of rapid development,ranking first in the world in automobile production and sales and becoming the largest automobile market in the world.Nowadays,automobile industry has become an important part of China's industry,which plays an important role in the development of economy.In recent years,affected by the macro environment and the downward pressure of the economy,the development of the automobile industry has become slow.Auto sales in 2018 fell for the first time in 28 years,plunging the industry into a deep freeze.In addition,the state has formulated a series of measures in view of air pollution and haze weather,and introduced relevant policies and regulations to encourage auto enterprises to innovate independently,improve the competitiveness of their own brands,and bring huge impact to the auto industry,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the auto industry.In the new opportunity period,scientific and comprehensive understanding of the company's financial situation,researching company value is crucial.Based on the analysis framework of Harvard University,this paper takes DM group as a case to make financial analysis and value analysis based on the specific situation of the enterprise.First of all,starting from strategic analysis,this paper makes the macro and micro analysis of the automotive industry environment,and combines with SWOT analysis to the company in detail.Secondly,it analyzes the financial situation of DM group from the aspects of accounting analysis and financial analysis.In the aspect of accounting analysis,it analyzes the cash flow situation and cash flow quality to provide a certain guarantee for the quality of relevant data of financial analysis.In the aspect of financial analysis,from the debt repayment,operation,profit and development ability analysis to comprehensively grasp the enterprise's financial status.Then,in terms of prospect analysis,the development prospects of the automobile industry are comprehensively considered,and the future prospects of DM group are specifically predicted to pave the way for the company's value analysis.Finally,based on the analysis of DM group under the framework of harvard,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the company's value creation,analyzes the influencing factors of the company's value creation from the perspectives of external and internal factors,and puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the company value of DM group.By combining harvard analysis framework with corporate value research,this paper can comprehensively consider the financial situation and corporate value of DM group,which is conducive to further exploring the future development direction of the automobile industry and can provide reference for the value analysis of other automobile enterprises.
