Financial analysis,which analyzes and calculates relevant data,enables multifaceted and multifaceted research to provide investors with effective information that gives a complete picture of how companies operate,anticipates future changes and identifies potential risks.As an important element of economic integration,enterprises are increasingly competing with each other and,in general,change has a significant impact on economic activity.The traditional method of financial analysis can only be applied by analyzing the existing financial data,which is not adapted to the current market conditions.Harvard’s analytical structure analyzes the company from all perspectives,identifies its strengths and potential problems,and assigns appropriate measures to counteract the company’s development.Firstly,the article focuses mainly on the background and meaning of the selected topic,describes the state of national and local research on the topic and describes the basic content of the selected topic and the methodology used;Second,the introduction of appropriate concepts and theoretical foundations and,as far as possible,an analysis of the methods used at Harvard and the diversification of enterprises,taking into account the development background of these appliances with trends in the global development of household appliances and the state of development of our household appliances;Third,Harvard Analytical Theory aims to explore the diversification of the From A business area from strategic,accounting,financial,and thorough theater.The analysis identified the problems associated with the functioning of A and recommended appropriate measures to improve the operational condition of A.This study is part of our study.Strategically,the diversification strategy of company a is too radical,the cooperative relationship with other diversification is not close enough,the investment in core business is not enough,and the new profit growth point is difficult to meet the development needs of the company.In accounting,the asset management efficiency of company a is low,so it is necessary to strengthen the management of its core assets.In finance,there are some deviations in the development direction of company a,mainly expanding the non related diversification,ignoring the related diversification and blind investment.In terms of development strategy,company a lacks the prediction of future risks,which may bring huge business risks.Therefore,we should strengthen risk early warning and do a good job in risk identification and prevention.
