With the rise of China's electronic industry and its economy,more and more domestic enterprises,including high-tech electronic industry,have made outstanding achievements in China.Therefore,the state has issued a series of policies to study the core technology of electronic products,which promotes the further development of electronic industry.The production of electronic products relies on clean space.It is very important to design a complete set of clean workshop for the production,R &D and testing of electronic products.The air flow in the complete clean workshop is a priority for the designer.Therefore,it is necessary to design a reasonable air flow organization so that the air distribution in the clean room can meet the requirements of process and equipment,while ensuring the room Air temperature,humidity,pressure and energy consumption reduction are of great significance.One of the key points that affect the flow field in the clean room is the air distribution.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the flow field in the clean room under different air distribution.Based on the above background,a 1000 level clean room project in Shenzhen is taken as an example of this simulation.Three different air supply and return modes are simulated by Airpak,a professional air flow simulation software of HVAC.They are the indoor air flow state of one-way flow clean room,the indoor air flow state of single side return air and the indoor air flow state of two-sided return air.The simulation results show that the two-sided return air It is better than the single side return air form.After that,the construction design of this form is carried out in the actual project,and finally the post construction inspection is carried out,and the satisfactory results are obtained.Through this study,we hope to verify the accuracy of the above airflow mode,and also hope to lead to other more meaningful and valuable research,to provide relevant reference for future designers.
