In order to adjust the economic structure and realize the optimal allocation of resources,China proposes to carry out the supply-side structural reform.As the response of the construction industry to the reform policy,prefab building has become the focus of research.However,the unique design concept and construction technology of prefabricated buildings have greatly challenged the traditional construction project management.As a system concept of overall management,BIM is specifically projected as a modern and integrated information collaboration technology,which is conducive to solving the problems in the development of prefab building and realizing the added value of prefab building projects.At present,BIM and prefabricated building are relatively mature in foreign countries,while the research and promotion in mainland China are still on the rise.It is urgent to study the role of BIM in promoting prefabricated buildings.In view of the above situation,this paper,based on the BIM concept,studies the driving factors and mechanisms for the development of prefabricated building projects in China,and proposes a decision plan to promote the development of prefabricated building projects and realize the value-added of projects.First of all,through the collection of relevant literature and research materials of prefabricated construction projects,on the basis of a large number of text materials,through the analysis of ROST CM software,the factors that have an impact on prefabricated buildings are initially identified,and the qualitative text is rooted Further semantic analysis finally determined the 27 important driving factors of BIM on prefabricated buildings,and clustered all the factors according to the nature category.Secondly,the correlation among various driving factors is analyzed by ISM explanatory structure model.The BIM adjacency matrix of prefabricated building drivers was established through expert interviews,and the reachable matrix was efficiently obtained by using MABLAB.On this basis,the logical relationship between elements was derived,and factors were graded according to mathematical indexes to obtain the deep fundamental elements in the driving factors.Thirdly,according to the principles of scientific and effective evaluation system construction,the ANP network structure analysis method that fits with this article is selected for index evaluation.By analyzing the importance of various factors of BIMdriven prefabricated buildings,the characteristics and nature of each factor are analyzed to lay the foundation for the formulation of BIM-based prefabricated buildings.Finally,the problem of how to choose an appropriate BIM application scheme is solved,that is,to build a scientific and reasonable value-added decision model.According to the grey relational degree model,the program value added evaluation system is customized,the program analysis is carried out in combination with the actual prefabricated residential community project,and the system behavior is measured by the optimal reference scheme.So as to guide practical projects to apply reasonable BIM program to realize value-added.The paper contains 37 figures,39 tables and 101 references.
