Research On The Cooperation Mechanism Of Participants In Prefabricated Construction Projects

The transition from traditional building methods to the industrialization of new buildings is a general trend,and prefabricated buildings are bound to usher in great development as a product of building industrialization.The prefabricated building components can be recycled after reaching the service life,which greatly improves the economy and environmental protection of the building parts.The characteristics of many participants in prefabricated construction and the wide range of industries involved make the degree of cooperation between participants vary.The cooperation mechanism of participants in prefabricated construction projects is studied to improve the degree of cooperation and enthusiasm of participants.First,it systematically expounds the related theories and methods of prefabricated building research,as well as the shortcomings of the main body cooperation in the project implementation process,and clarifies the composition and definition of the main body of prefabricated building cooperation.Secondly,through literature reading,questionnaire surveys,and on-site interviews,the prefabricated construction project participants were refined and the questionnaires were designed.Use SPSS software to process the data,filter and classify the restrictive factors through principal component analysis,and determine the dimensions of the cooperation mechanism and analyze its effects based on the research scope of the thesis.Third,it has established an organizational structure cooperation mechanism,a benefit distribution cooperation mechanism,and an information sharing cooperation mechanism.According to the development characteristics of the construction industry,a suitable organizational model has been established to determine the factors and principles that affect the selection of the main partners of the prefabricated construction project.The FISM method is used to analyze and summarize the influencing factors,and establish a prefabricated building benefit distribution index system and corresponding calculation methods based on task value coefficient and task performance coefficient.An information sharing platform and information sharing cooperation mechanism based on BIM technology.Finally,through actual case analysis,the feasibility of participating in the main body cooperation mechanism of the prefabricated building project is verified,and the research results provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of prefabricated building.
