| Magnetorheological(MR)mount is a new type of hydraulic mount based on the rheological properties of magnetorheological fluid(MRF).In this paper,a hybrid model of vehicle engine mount based on MRF is designed,which has the advantages of continuously adjustable damping,fast response,low power consumption,and simpler structure compared with other mounts that can achieve the same function.In view of the difficulties in modeling MR mount and complicated control of semi-active engine mounting systems,the following researches are carried out in this paper:(1)The working principle of engine mounting system and MRF is introduced,the excitation generated by the engine itself and the damping principle of mounting system are analyzed;the overall structure of the MR mount is designed,and the magnetic circuit of the MR mount is simulated,which proves the rationality of the mount structure.(2)The drosophila optimization algorithm is used to decouple and optimize the static stiffness of each MR mount,a vibration-damping experimental platform based on MR mount is built,the results show that the vibration isolation rate of the optimized mounting system is significantly improved;a test platform for the mechanical properties of the MR mount is built,and the dynamic analysis of the mount is performed.(3)Based on the experimental data of dynamic characteristics,a nonparametric forward and inverse model of MR mount based on Elman neural network is established,and the modeling results and accuracy are analyzed.According to the characteristics of semi-active vibration control of engine mount,the control strategies based on the original drosophila optimized PID,particle swarm-drosophila optimized PID and improved drosophila optimized PID are designed,and the control effects of the three controllers are simulated and analyzed.The simulation result shows that the PID controller based on the improved drosophila optimization algorithm has the advantages of short adjustment time and fast dynamic response.(4)The experiment platform of MR engine mount control system is built,the hardware and software of the experiment platform are introduced in detail,and the experiments of current control and simple harmonic vibration are carried out.The results show that the communication between the DP811 A current source and the host computer is intact;the improved drosophila optimized PID controller has better damping control effect compared with the original drosophila optimized PID and particle swarm-drosophila optimized PID.There are 55 figures,13 tables and 99 references in this paper. |
