| There are many ways to remove pavement ice and snow in winter.At present,China’s current methods for pavement ice and snow are mainly divided into two categories: removal methods and melting methods.At present,these two types of methods have different degrees of disadvantages.Based on the analysis of the classification,formation reasons and main physical properties of pavement ice and snow,this paper proposes a jet-vibration composite structure deicing method,so as to achieve fast and effective and low cost removal The purpose of road surface ice and snow to restore road capacity.This paper first gives the principle of the deicing device based on the combination of the vibration mechanism of the cam mechanism and the high temperature jet device,and the design process of the main components of the vibration mechanism of the ice mechanism based on the cam mechanism.Secondly,a complete three-dimensional model of the vibration ice-breaking system was established by the three-dimensional modeling software CATIA.At the same time,ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct a modal analysis on the main components that may have resonance damage in the system,which verified the rationality of the structure.Secondly,the established vibration ice breaking system model was simplified and imported into ADAMS to establish a virtual prototype model of the vibration ice breaking system and a rigid-flexible coupling model of the vibration ice breaking system and the road surface and ice surface.A dynamic analysis was conducted to study the effect of the vibration ice breaking system on the pavement and ice surface.Then,based on the heat exchange principle in the process of high temperature gas jet deicing,combined with the actual deicing process,the heat exchange mathematical model of the deicing process is abstracted and analyzed theoretically.Finally,the full text is summarized,and the follow-up research is prospected.In this paper,the dynamic simulation analysis of the vibration ice breaking system based on cam structure is carried out,and the ice breaking performance under different structural parameters is analyzed;The theoretical model of heat exchange during the deicing process of the high-temperature gas jet device was established,and the main factors affecting the jet ice melting speed were analyzed.The analysis results have certain guiding significance for further research and the manufacture of physical prototypes.There are 62 figures,21 tables and 87 references in this thesis. |
