| In the era of the information network and the rapid development of science and technology,innovation and information technology have also penetrated widely into various industries."Innovation" is an important way for enterprises to improve their technological competitiveness and industrial status.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,President Xi has attached great importance to technological innovation and placed innovation at the core of the country’s overall development.However,in recent years,there has been relatively little research on the open innovation model of Chinese enterprises.Therefore,this article selects Haier Group,a representative enterprise of the home appliance industry,to study its open innovation model for the future innovation and development of China’s home appliance industry.Provide references and suggestions.This article adopts the literature research method and case analysis method,taking Haier Group’s open innovation model as the main line,and taking Haier Group’s open innovation model as the research object,aiming at the effectiveness of Haier Group’s open innovation model.Go deeper.First,use the pest model and the five-force model to analyze the external development environment of China’s home appliance industry,and find that the continuous change of the external environment poses challenges for the future development of home appliance companies,and then classify and research the open innovation model at each stage of Haier It is found that Haier Group is affected by the background environment,and each stage of the innovation model is different.Next,establish a comprehensive performance evaluation system from three dimensions: innovation input performance,innovation output performance,and financial performance.Taking Gree as the benchmark,comparing the comprehensive performance of Haier and Gree,it is found that the innovation input performance and innovation output performance of Haier Group have increased significantly,but the financial performance needs to be strengthened.Finally,the experience and research results of Haier Group’s open innovation aresummarized,and countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the innovation and development of China’s home appliance enterprises. |
