| In recent years,the concept of ecosystem has been gradually applied to the field of industrial synergetic innovation.The synergy between innovation subjects is a self-gain cycle ecosystem,which can attract internal and external innovation subjects to form an innovation ecosystem and realize synergetic innovation.Among the numerous innovation practices,the synergetic innovation mode based on ecosystem has become a hot spot,and its advantages of strong adaptability and high success rate are widely used by Haier,Alibaba and other enterprises.However,as the application of the mode is still short,there are still some problems to be solved in theory and practice.Based on the above background,this paper focuses on the core issue of "how to realize synergetic innovation based on ecosystem".On the basis of summarizing the theory of synergetic innovation and ecosystem theory,it combs out that Haier Group’s innovation paradigms are constantly changing from independent innovation,cooperative innovation,open innovation to synergetic innovation,and the innovation models are progressing step by step,from independent innovation to cooperative innovation,which breaks through its own resources source bottleneck,to alleviate the lack of innovation subject in resources and knowledge accumulation;from cooperative innovation to open innovation,that innovation resources are more open,and cooperation subjects are more diverse;from open innovation to collaborative innovation,not only can we achieve complementary advantages,but also can realize the interaction between elements and resources of innovation subject,through these interaction behaviors,to produce synergistic effect of innovation.Haier Group’s innovation mode has evolved from independent innovation to cooperative innovation,open innovation to synergetic innovation.The degree of openness of innovation resources and the degree of synergetic of innovation subjects has gradually deepened.Haier Group’s synergetic innovation work has obtained the certain effect.However,due to the reasons of many industries and long industrial chain,Haier Group has been promoting enterprise reform and platform transformation,and the complexity and difficulty of management are large.Combining with Haier’s practice and exploration,through interviews and analysis,it can be concluded that Haier Group is at the organizational side in the process of synergy and innovation with the ecological side there are problems and risks in such the opening of organizational boundary,,access of innovation subjects,internal and external coordination,information transmission,weakening of self-competitiveness,expansion of business boundaries,etc.Through SWOT analysis of Haier Group’s own strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats,Haier Group should take advantage of the existing strengths and capabilities,seize the development opportunities of the internet of things and smart family in time,select SO(strengths and opportunities)strategy,continue to implement the ecosphere strategy,build a synergetic innovation ecosystem,and implement the synergetic innovation mode based on the ecosphere.Haier Group should adhere to the operation principle and mechanism of synergetic innovation mode of ecosphere,implement two optimization schemes of synergetic innovation including user application-oriented and technology breakthrough oriented,and ensure the smooth operation of synergetic innovation ecosystem by establishing trust mechanism,communication mechanism,coordination mechanism and risk prevention mechanism.Combined with the practice of synergetic innovation and ecosphere construction of Haier Group,this paper reveals the effect of the aggregation of ecological subjects,the flow of resource elements,the participation of users in innovation,and the win-win of synergetic value-added on the formation of synergetic innovation ecosphere.It is suggested that Haier Group develop synergetic innovation into synergetic innovation ecosphere,and build an ecosphere innovation mode with the concept of " synergetic innovation and ecological win-win".This paper provides a reference for the practice of synergetic innovation among enterprises in China.The research provides a reference for collaborative innovation practice among enterprises in China,and the research has practical application value.There are three main innovation points in this paper.Firstly,the innovation matrix based on openness and synergy is constructed,and the synergetic innovation mode based on ecosphere is presented in two dimensions of openness and synergy,that is,to break through the boundary,to build ecosystem,and to cooperate with each other and realize innovation.Secondly,the operation mechanism of synergetic innovation ecosystem is constructed,that is,the synergetic ecology,innovative synergy and ecological innovation,put forward that synergetic innovation ecosystem should be based on ecology,synergetic as the guarantee,and innovation as the engine for the normal operation of the ecosystem.Thirdly,put forward two different types of synergetic innovation,namely user application-oriented synergetic innovation and technology breakthrough oriented synergetic innovation,and designed optimization scheme for two types of synergetic innovation to clarify the upgrading path of Haier Group to synergetic innovation ecology and realize the two wheel drive of user demand and technological breakthrough. |
