The energy economy is an important pillar industry for social and economic development.Comprehensive energy system planning is an important way for the development of clean energy in the whole society,supporting the efficient use of energy and saving energy and reducing emissions.This paper studies the evaluation index system of the integrated energy system,analyzes the planning technical route of the integrated energy system,and proposes an energy supply and demand allocation optimization and energy station allocation scheme based on improved genetic algorithm.According to the actual resource endowment analysis of the park and the overall optimization of the energy load forecasting,a reasonable selection and layout of comprehensive energy stations are achieved to achieve the set goals of economy,environmental protection and low carbon.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the layered model of the regional integrated energy system energy hub is established,the structure of the regional integrated energy system is standardized,and the layered structure of the energy hub is transformed into matrix mathematical equation modeling.Laid the model foundation for the next planning model.Then build mathematical models of the four core components of the energy hub,and make the mathematical model of the energy hub components match the proposed layered model of the energy hub of the regional comprehensive energy system.Finally,the overall framework of the regional comprehensive energy system planning is extracted,and the two-stage MILP planning method is adopted to plan the investment and construction equipment and the connection relationship between the equipment in turn.Establish a multi-objective optimization model of energy supply and demand allocation with multi-dimensional constraints,fully considering the initial investment cost of equipment,subsequent operation and maintenance costs of equipment,pollutant emissions and other elements.The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem,and the local search ability of the genetic algorithm is improved and improved by the fitness function modification and cross mutation probability.Taking the construction cost and the lowest energy transmission and distribution loss as the optimization goals,a comprehensive energy station optimization equipment selection model was established,and the optimization variable setting method based on geographic coordinates and the energy station user allocation process based on the principle of shortest distance were introduced.Applying the above configuration model and optimization method to the comprehensive energy system planning of the science and technology town of Nantong Central Innovation Zone,we obtained the energy supply and demand configuration plan 1 and configuration plan 2 for economic and environmental goals.The renewable energy utilization rate of the scheme comprehensively judges the pros and cons of the energy station configuration scheme through the three indicators of economy,environmental protection and energy efficiency.
