Under the background of housing stock,with the advancement of the construction of a“resource-saving and environment-friendly” society,many cities in our country have carried out energy-saving renovation work in old communities,but the renovation often lacks accurate judgments of local climate characteristics,and energy-saving renovation parts are mainly For exterior walls,roofs,exterior doors and windows,etc.,the consideration of other parts and the use of renewable energy are neglected,resulting in poor energy-saving renovation effects,lack of regionality in the renovation,and difficulty in meeting the comfort requirements of residents.In response to the above problems,this article puts forward the concept of "comprehensive energy-saving renovation" with energy saving as the main purpose,taking the building envelope system as the main renovation object,taking into account the renovation of fa?ade accessory components,the renovation of the surrounding environment of residential buildings,and the utilization of renewable energy.Improve the overall quality of the residential area.In addition,advanced computer technology is used to intervene in the transformation work during the transformation of existing residential areas,and qualitative and quantitative analysis is performed to ensure the effect of the transformation.This paper takes the existing residential buildings in the cold northern regions of my country as the research object,uses climate analysis software,and proposes a comprehensive energy-saving renovation strategy for the climate suitability of the northern cold regions based on the climate characteristics of the northern cold regions,and then comprehensively considers thermal comfort and energy consumption performance,Use energy analysis software to conduct scientific quantitative analysis and verification of energy-saving retrofit strategies.(1)The current situation of existing residential buildings built in the 1980 s and 1990 s in my country and the current status of indoor thermal comfort of residents were investigated through four methods: standard specification combing,design drawing statistics,on-site field investigation,and questionnaire analysis.(2)Use climate analysis software Climate Consultant to obtain passive strategies suitable for six typical cities in northern cold regions,and analyze the monthly effectiveness index of each strategy.The current situation of indoor thermal comfort in existing residential areas in the northern cold regions and the passive strategy are mutually confirmed,combined with the current situation of various levels of the building and the introduction of domestic and foreign excellent renovation experience,and proposed to deal with the cold and dry winter in the northern cold region.,Summer hot and humid,and the design strategy of large temperature difference in transition season.(3)Select the exterior wall external insulation technology,roof flattening technology,door and window replacement technology,and sunshading technology mentioned in the previous qualitative energy-saving renovation strategy,and use the sustainable energy analysis software De ST to establish a computer model of typical residential buildings in Dalian.Perform quantitative calculations on the model.A comparative analysis of the annual energy consumption and indoor natural temperature improvement before and after the technical transformation of each individual retrofit was carried out to determine the best individual energy-saving retrofit plan.The above four main design factors are used to design different combination schemes through the orthogonal experiment method,and the combination scheme of the best energy-saving effect is determined through simulation,and the importance of the four design factors on residential energy consumption is determined.Sort.Finally,the schemes are compared in terms of economy and energy-saving effects,and provide reference methods and ideas for the development of energy-saving renovation work in old communities.
