The assembled concrete shear wall structure has been popularized and used in China due to its advantages of fast construction speed,low labor intensity and little environmental impact.It has been shown that the assembled concrete shear wall structure has the same mechanical properties as the cast-in-place Concrete Shear Wall,and it is expected to replace cast-in-place shear wall.The grouting sleeve connection of steel bar is a common connection method of assembled concrete shear wall in engineering.The steel bar is inserted into the sleeve,and then the grouting material is injected into the sleeve,and the whole is formed when it reaches a certain strength.The grouting sleeve connection of reinforcing bars in shear walls usually adopts plum-shaped distribution,and the connection quality of reinforcing bars has an important influence on the mechanical properties of Shear Walls.If the quality of the sleeve grouting meets the requirements,the Mechanical Properties of the assembled concrete shear wall connected by the sleeve grouting can reach the same level as that of the cast-in-situ concrete shear wall.However,the construction quality is difficult to reach the same level as the experimental study,and the grouting quality is difficult to control.If the grouted sleeve connection fails,it will affect the whole mechanical performance of the structure.At present,the research on the local failure of grouting sleeve of assembled shear wall is still in the initial stage at home and abroad,so it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of the assembled shear wall when the grouting sleeve connection is normal.On this basis,the effect of partial failure of grouting sleeve connection on mechanical properties of single wall is further studied.In this paper,the finite element numerical simulation analysis of assembly concrete shear wall connected by grout sleeve is carried out.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1)Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software to establish 16 grouting sleeve connection assembly concrete shear wall model,from five aspects of the axial compression ratio,the diameter and strength of main forced bar,the concrete strength and the height to width ratio of wall to study the influences of the ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and deformation capacity of the assembled concrete shear wall.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and deformation capacity of the assembled shear wall increase with the increase of axial compression ratio.And with theincrease of the diameter and strength of the main bars,the ultimate bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the assembled shear wall increase greatly,but the stiffness increase little.Another,with the increase of concrete strength,the ultimate bearing capacity of the fabricated concrete shear wall increases,but the stiffness and deformation capacity change little.As the ratio of height to width increases,the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness decrease significantly,the yield displacement decreases gradually,and the ultimate displacement and ductility coefficient increase gradually.The energy dissipation capacity increases with the increase of the axial compression ratio,the diameter and strength of the main reinforcement,the concrete strength and the ratio of height to width of wall.2)The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish the model of assembled concrete shear wall under the condition of partial connection failure of grouting sleeve.A total of 64 different working conditions were used to analyze the influence of various failure conditions on the ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and deformation capacity of assembled concrete shear wall.The analysis results show that the number and position of reinforcement connection failures have a great influence on the mechanical properties of grouting sleeve connection assembled concrete shear wall,When the failure positions of rebar connections are uniformly shifted to the compressive side of the shear wall,the greater the failure number of rebar connections,the lower the ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and deformation capacity.When the number of steel bar connection failures is the same,the closer the connection failure location is to the compression side,the more the ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and deformation capacity will decrease.If the steel bar is disconnected in large quantities,but it is located far away from the compression side,The ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and deformation capacity of the shear wall are larger than that of the steel bar disconnected in small quantities but near the compression side.
