With the continuous development of China’s power grid industry,a power system network characteristic by large capacity and long-distance transmission has been gradually formed.The damage caused by breeze vibration to transmission lines is the result of the accumulation of transmission wires over a long period of time.The damage is concealed to a certain extent and is not easy to be found.Power sector,therefore,be urgently need a new on line the breeze vibration monitoring system,to ensure access to real-time vibration state of the transmission line and level of fatigue,thus provide early warning to the safe operation of the transmission lines,in view of this paper designed a set of transmission line the breeze vibration on-line monitoring system,its main content is as follows:First introduced the forming mechanism,influence factors and the breeze vibration of transmission lines and the measuring principle,according to the IEEE standards and China state grid technical specification for transmission lines breeze vibration monitoring device specification,established the wind vibration data,using acceleration sensor monitoring the scene again by bending method to calculate the wind vibration dynamic bending strain amplitude value to evaluate the degree of wind vibration research ideas.Secondly based on the strong power grid to the pan in the development of the Internet of things technology trends,with normal overhead lines as the study object,proposed the breeze vibration on-line monitoring system based on Zig Bee technology technical scheme,and according to the plan made a overhead lines breeze vibration on-line monitoring device prototype,completed the terminal node,the coordinator node and the development of the monitoring center.Among them,the terminal node includes hardware circuit development and software program development of CC2530-chip-based microcontroller module,sensor module,JTAG circuit,USB to serial port circuit,power supply circuit and other modules.The coordinator node mainly includes hardware circuit development and software program development based on CC2530 chip microcontroller module,WIFI module and other modules.The monitoring center includes upper computer monitoring program design and SQL database design based on Visual Studio 2017 software,with functions of data monitoring,data management and data alarm.In addition,the performance of the prototype was tested.Finally in the breeze vibration on-line monitoring system design is completed,the prototype monitoring system to make use of the United States army standard reliability prediction,the feasibility and the rationality of the monitoring system through reliability prediction evaluation,and found the weak links of the system of corresponding improvement,for improve the reliability of monitoring system in practical application and the working life.
